Vývoj screeningového nástroje pro zjištění kognitivních poruch u starších osob Mgr. Erika Panenková Abstrakt Kognitivní poruchy jsou nejčastějšími psychiatrickými poruchami vyššího věku, kdy jejich prevalence v populaci roste se zvyšujícím se věkem. Včasnost záchytu osob ohrožených syndromem demence či již stadiem mírné kognitivní poruchy (MCI) vytváří půdu pro časnější intervenci jak farmakologického, tak nefarmakologického typu. Pro záchyt je však nezbytné mít k dispozici dostatečně senzitivní screeningový nástroj, který umožní jednoduše a rychle posoudit kognitivní stav seniora nad 60 let. Tato práce se zaměřuje na vývoj a standardizaci screeningového testu - NANOK screen. Ten jako dostatečně reliabilní a validní nástroj umožní při průměrném času administrace v délce 3 minut a 27 sekund plošné užití metody v ordinacích praktických lékařů, neurologů, geriatrů ale i klinických psychologů a psychologů v sociálních službách. V rámci výzkumné části nabízíme popis vývoje metody (N = 540), studii na zdravé populaci (N = 187) a klinické populaci (N = 97). Výstupem jsou jak percentilové normy, tak cut-off skóry pro různé diagnostické situace: odlišení zdravé populace od populace se syndromem demence a MCI, odlišení pouze osob se syndromem demence a odlišení pouze osob s MCI. Erika Panenková Abstract Cognitive disorders are the most common psychiatric disorders in the elderly, while the prevalence in the population increases with age. Early detection of people at risk of dementia syndrome or mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is the basis for earlier pharmacological and non- pharmacological interventions. However, it is necessary to have a sufficiently sensitive screening tool to screen the cognitive status of the elderly over 60 years. This study focuses on the development and standardization of the screening test - the NANOK screen. With an average administration time of 3 minutes and 27 seconds, this tool will be used as a sufficiently reliable and valid tool for the use of general practitioners, neurologists, geriatrics, as well as clinical psychologists and psychologists in social services. In the research we offer a description of the development of the method (N = 540), a study on a healthy population (N = 187) and a clinical population (N = 97).
