Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem lidského těla, jeho vnímáním a sebehodnocením u dospívajících dívek a chlapců na druhém stupni základní školy, přesněji u žáků šestých a devátých tříd. Cílem práce je prozkoumat problematiku například z psychologického či historického úhlu pohledu. Dále pak posoudit subjektivní vnímání těla v období puberty u vybraných žáků druhého stupně základní školy. Zároveň také porovnat rozdíly v nahlížení na vlastní tělo mezi chlapci a dívkami a mezi šestými a devátými třídami. Současně je cílem zjistit, zda je mezi žáky patrný rozdíl a zda jsou se svým tělem spokojeni či nikoli a následně odhalit případné příčiny nespokojenosti s fyzickým tělem u dospívajících jedinců a nalézt faktory, které mohou mít vliv na sebeakceptaci. Práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část pojednává o tématu dospívání a jeho charakteristikách, dále například o sebepojetí, sebevědomí či o vlivu médií na nahlížení na vlastní tělo. Praktická část pak zachycuje výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na vnímání vlastního těla u dospívajících za pomoci kvantitativních i kvalitativních metod. Výzkumným šetřením bylo prokázáno, že existují rozdíly ve vnímání těla mezi chlapci a dívkami, ale také mezi žáky šestých a devátých tříd. Dále bylo zjištěno, že dívky jsou se svým tělem zpravidla méně... This thesis deals with the topic of the human body, its perception and self-assessment in adolescent girls and boys at the second stage of primary school, more precisely in pupils of the sixth and ninth grades. The aim of the thesis is to explore the issue from, for example, a psychological or historical perspective. Furthermore, to assess the subjective perception of the body during puberty in selected pupils of the second grade of primary school. At the same time, to compare the differences in the perception of one's own body between boys and girls and between sixth and ninth grades. At the same time to find out whether there is a noticeable difference between the pupils and whether they are satisfied with their bodies or not. Subsequently, to uncover possible causes of body dissatisfaction among adolescents and to find factors that may influence self-acceptance. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part discusses the topic of adolescence and its characteristics, as well as, for example, self-concept, self-esteem or the influence of the media on the way one views one's own body.
