Zlomky patří mezi obávané téma nejen pro žáky, ale i učitele. Důvodem je, že se jedná o zlomové učivo na základních školách, bez něhož nelze s úspěchem pokračovat v navazujícím studiu. Proto se v první kapitole této práce zaměříme na porozumění zlomkům skrze vizuální modely (diskrétní a spojité - čokoláda, kruh, úsečka, obdélník), které je možné u nás běžně nalézt v učebnicích zaměřených na výuku zlomků. Ve druhé kapitole jsme s pomocí nástrojů akčního výzkumu zkoumali, jak se mění porozumění žáků v čase po provedených intervencích. Výzkum se skládal ze dvou pilotních testování a třech iterací testu v průběhu dvou měsíců ve třech sedmých třídách na pražské základní škole. V testu jsme se konkrétně soustředili na hledání části z celku a hledání celku zčásti u těchto tří modelů: diskrétní uspořádaný model, model zlomku jakožto části plochy v mřížové síti a model číselné osy. Všechny výsledky jsme graficky zpracovali pomocí tabulek, boxplotů a opírali jsme se i o statistické testy. Ve třetí kapitole jsme detailně tyto výsledky shrnuly a také poukázaly na nedostatky výzkumu a jejich možnosti odstranění. Ukázalo se, že u žáků došlo k pozitivní změně v porozumění modelům zlomků. Tato práce může pomoci dalším učitelům při výuce zlomků jako inspirace úloh a doporučení pro zařazování modelů i při operacích... Fractions are a dreaded topic not only for students but also for teachers. The reason is that it is a breakthrough subject in primary schools, without which one cannot successfully continue in further studies. Therefore, in the first chapter of this thesis we will focus on understanding fractions through visual models (discrete and continuous - chocolate, circle, line segment, rectangle) that can be commonly found in textbooks aimed at teaching fractions. In the second chapter, using action research tools, we investigated how students' understanding changed over time following the interventions. The research consisted of two pilot tests and three iterations of the test over a two-month period in three seventh grade classes in a Prague elementary school. Specifically, the test focused on part-from- whole and whole-from-part search for the following three models: the discrete ordered model, the fraction-as-part-of-an-area model in a lattice network, and the number axis model. All results were graphically processed using tables, boxplots and we relied on statistical tests. In the third chapter, we summarized these results in detail and also pointed out the shortcomings of the research and how they can be addressed.
