Rodinná politika a sociální ochrana rodin s nezaopatřenými dětmi Abstrakt Tématem disertační práce je česká rodinná politika ve vztahu k sociální ochraně rodin s nezaopatřenými dětmi, s užším zaměřením na analýzu hmotné podpory této skupiny rodin v českém a evropském prostoru. Charakteristika české rodinné politiky je shrnuta do několika dokumentů vzniklých z podnětu MPSV. Cíle rodinné politiky ve vztahu k rodinám s nezaopatřenými dětmi v těchto dokumentech odrážejí realitu dobových situací, v nichž vznikaly. Některé dílčí cíle tak byly splněny, některé zůstaly nenaplněny. Nejmenší pokrok pak zaznamenala sociální ochrana rodin s dětmi předškolního a školního věku, kdy nebyly realizovány deklarované cíle spojené s dávkou přídavku na dítě. Výrazného pokroku, bylo naopak dosaženo v oblasti dávky rodičovského příspěvku, která se v uplynulých letech stala značně flexibilnější a byla značně navýšena celková čerpaná částka příspěvku. Disertační práce analyzuje směřování a současný stav sociální ochrany rodin s nezaopatřenými dětmi v českém prostoru a zároveň mapuje sociální ochranu této skupiny rodin ve vybraných evropských zemích. Práce tak obsahuje obsáhlou analýzu systému hmotné podpory rodin s nezaopatřenými dětmi v českém prostoru a zároveň obsáhlou analýzu těchto systémů v zemích napříč Evropou. Výběr těchto... Family policy and social security in view of families with dependent children Abstract The thesis focused on a part of a family policy dedicated to families with dependent children. In the Czech Republic there are the families with children in an age to 26 years. The thesis analyses a system of family policy and social security in the view of families with dependent children in the Czech Republic and in some of European countries. In total there are 19 countries there which were analysed (including a Czech system). The main emphasis was laid on an analysis of the system of social security of the families with dependent children in the Czech Republic in view of their financial support for a state and as well as of a social security of parents in view of labour law instruments helping to find a balance between a family and professional life. A significant part of the thesis is an analysis of the social security of the families with dependent children in four model groups of European countries, which were formed in a base of a typology of a welfare state created by a Danish sociologist and political scientist Gøsta Esping-Andersen.
