Doktorská disertační práce "Hlavní zásady vývoje důchodového pojištění na území dnešní ČR od konce 19. století po současnost" se zabývá problematikou historického vývoje důchodového pojištění na území dnešní České republiky od konce devatenáctého století do současnosti. Byly identifikovány hlavní zásady vývoje důchodového systému v daném období a provedena analýza především z hlediska osobního a věcného rozsahu pojištění, pojišťovací povinnosti a stručně také z hlediska organizačního zabezpečení důchodového sytému. Tato analýza byla realizována ve čtyřech vybraných obdobích, v období před vznikem samostatné Československé republiky, v období od roku 1918 do roku 1945, v období od roku 1945 do roku 1992 a od roku 1993 do současnosti v rámci samostatné České republiky. V rámci této disertační práce byl analyzován především osobní a věcný rozsah pojištění, pojišťovací povinnosti a stručně také organizační zabezpečení důchodového pojištění v každém ze sledovaných období. Na závěr práce byly shrnuty příslušné poznatky z tohoto historického vývoje a s jejich využitím představen vlastní návrh autora na vývoj systému důchodového pojištění v České republice do budoucnosti. Stabilizovaný věcný i osobní rozsah důchodového pojištění je třeba zachovat, stejně tak i velmi kvalitní procesní zabezpečení včetně... The doctoral dissertation "The main principles of the development of pension insurance in the territory of today's Czech Republic from the end of the 19th century to the present" deals with the issue of the historical development of pension insurance in the territory of today's Czech Republic from the end of the nineteenth century to the present. The main principles of the development of the pension system in the given period were identified and the analysis was performed mainly in terms of the personal and material scope of insurance, insurance obligations and briefly also in terms of the organizational security of the pension system. This analysis was carried out in four selected periods, in the period before the establishment of the independent Czechoslovak Republic, in the period from 1918 to 1945, in the period from 1945 to 1992 and from 1993 to the present within the independent Czech Republic. At the end of the work, the relevant findings from this historical development were summarized and with their use the author's own proposal for the development of the pension insurance system in the Czech Republic in the future was presented.
