V první kapitole Uvedení do problematiky neverbální komunikace je popsán význam a užívání mimoslovního jednání. Práce se věnuje základním pojmům spojeným s neverbální komunikací. Je nastíněna důležitost správného porozumění signálům druhých lidí a vysvětleno, co ovlivňuje naše jednání. Ve druhé kapitole Rozdělení řeči těla jsou uspořádány tělesné pohyby a posunky prohlubující vhled do významu řeči našeho těla, s názornými příklady popsány významy užívaných gest v pedagogickém procesu. Nejčastější omyly a zastaralá dogmata v jednání stojí naproti vysvětlení, co naším postojem sdělujeme okolí. Třetí kapitola Vymezení jednotlivých rolí se zabývá chováním učitele i žáků, podmiňujícími vlivy, které se podílí na utváření jejich vztahu. Je rozvedeno, co působí na jednotlivé aktéry při komunikaci ve školním prostředí a popsána role učitele v životech žáků. V praktické části je retrospektivně zaznamenáno pozorování vyučovací hodiny, kde žáci v pubescentním věku reagují na učitele, jednají v zátěžových situacích. Snahou je zjistit, jak žáci vnímají změny nálad a chování u učitele během zahájení hodiny a jak je to nadále ovlivní. Výsledky výzkumu, zaměřeného také na zjištění, jak jsou žáci pozorní a jaký podají výkon během hodiny, jsou znázorněné v tabulkách a grafech pro lepší orientaci. V závěru, kde... In the first chapter, Introduction to Nonverbal Communication, is described the meaning and use of nonverbal communication. The basic concepts discussed are associated with nonverbal communication. The importance of correctly understanding other people's signals is outlined. It is explained what influences our actions. In the second chapter, Body Language Distribution, is discussed the taxonomy of body movements and signing, with illustrative examples is described the meanings of gestures used in the pedagogical process. The insight into the meaning of our body language is deepened. The most common mistakes and outdated dogmas are pointed out. In the third chapter, Defining Roles, is discussed the behaviour of both teacher and pupils, as well as the influences that contribute to the formation of their relationship. It is elaborated on what are the different actors in communicating in the school environment influenced by and described the role of the teacher in the lives of the pupils. In the practical part, are retrospectively recorded classroom observations of adolescent students responding to teachers, acting in stressful situations.
