Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza vybrané společnosti za využití modelu START. Vybraná společnost se zabývá zakázkovou kovovýrobou, výrobou plochých těsnění a nabízí komplexní služby v oblasti kovových a nekovových dílů. Práce je zaměřena na vymezení cílů, teoretickou část, analýzu současného stavu a část návrhovou, která přináší vlastní návrhy pro zlepšení současné situace. The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis of a selected company using the START model. The selected company is engaged in custom metal production, production of flat seals and offers comprehensive services in the field of metal and non-metal parts. The diploma thesis is focused on defining the goals, the theoretical part, analysis of the current state and the analytical part, which brings own suggestions for improving the current situation.
