Předložena diplomova prace se zabyva možnostmi využiti stanoveni antimikrobialni učinnosti ustnich vod. Byla navržena dvě laboratorni cvičeni, ktera bude možno provadět se studenty gymnazii, škol střednich a vyššich se zdravotnickym zaměřenim. Studenty ma vest k poznani možnosti kultivace mikroorganismů a k uvědoměni si důležitosti spravne ustni hygieny. Laboratorni cvičeni byla uspěšně ověřena ve vyuce na gymnaziu a na vyšši odborne škole zdravotnicke pro dentalni hygienistky. The diploma thesis concerns the possibilities of using the assesment of effectiveness of anti-microbe mouth washes. Two experiments were designed to be performed by students from grammar schools, high schools and medical polytechnics. The experiments should lead the students to the conclusion of the possibilities of cultivation of micro-organisms within the mouth and the realisation if the importance of correct oral hygiene. The laboratory experiments were successfully verified to be incorporated into the syllabus of grammar schools, high schools and medical polytechnics for dental hygienists.
