Michaela Manišová Konzultant PharmDr. Jan Kostřiba, Ph.D. Název rigorózní práce Farmakovigilance: Vývoj lékové regulace a přehled platné legislativy Úvod: Farmakovigilance je vědní obor zabývající se odhalováním a hodnocením nežádoucích účinků a rizik spojených s užíváním léčivých přípravků po jejich uvedení na trh a provádění bezpečnostních opatření s cílem zamezit těmto rizikům. Cíl: Analýza a souhrn legislativních požadavků Evropské unie pro farmakovigilanční aktivity zaměřené na humánní léčivé přípravky a jejich implementace v praxi. Trendy ve vývoji hlášení nežádoucích účinků u různých farmakovigilančních systémů (USA, ČR, EU), zhodnocení faktorů ovlivňujících reportování a hlavní přínosy spontánního hlášení. Metodika: Jako zdroj informací byly použity právní normy Evropské unie, České republiky a Spojených států amerických, oficiální stránky lékových autorit, doporučené postupy vydané Evropskou lékovou agenturou, Úřadem pro kontrolu potravin a léčiv, harmonizační pokyny vydané Mezinárodní radou pro harmonizaci technických požadavků na registrace a doporučení připravená Radou pro mezinárodní organizace lékařských věd. Introduction: Pharmacovigilance is a scientific discipline relating to the detection and evaluation of adverse drug reactions and other risks associated with the use of the medicinal products after marketing authorisation and implementation of the risk minimisation measures. Objectives: To analyze the legislation requirements in the area of pharmacovigilance for the medicinal products for human use in the European Union and their implementation in practice. Trends in adverse drug reactions reporting in the various pharmacovigilance systems (United States, Czech Republic, European Union), evaluation of the factors affecting reporting and the main benefits of spontaneous reporting.
