Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem konfliktů v organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část se nejprve věnuje vymezení základních pojmů organizace, sociální proces a konflikt. Práce se nejvíce zabývá problematikou konfliktů, které rozebírá v různých souvislostech. Dále se soustředí na jednotlivé charakteristiky průběhu konfliktu. Na teoretickou část navazuje empirická část, ve které je zpracován výzkum, který se zabývá zkušeností a postojem ke konfliktním situacím. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že ve zkoumaných organizacích mají respondenti bohaté zkušenosti s různými typy konfliktů. Nejvíce se setkávají s interpersonálními konflikty. Ve výzkumu se nepodařilo prokázat, že by se respondenti stavěli ke konfliktním situacím negativně. Jejich přístup k nim může být považován spíše za pozitivní. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The first one is based on definitions of fundamental terms:organization, social process, conflict. The purpose of this part is to show the conflict from different points of view and in different connections. The theoretical part is followed by the empirical part summarizing the processed results of research aimed at personal experiences and attitudes to conflict situations. The research has brought a lot of valuable information about the experiences with conflict situations. Most participants declared that they have been confronted with interpersonal conflicts in their organizations. The research disproved the theory that the majority of respondents consider the conflict as a negative phenomenon.
