diplomové práce Dominika Kny Diplomová práce charakterizuje vzdělávání žáků na běžné základní škole s důrazem na společné vzdělávání. Inkluze je legislativně ukotvena a představena s ohledem na historický vývoj a přístup ke vzdělávání lidí se znevýhodněním. Současné inkluzivní vzdělávání je charakterizováno i podle poskytovaných podpůrných opatření, z nichž se jako klíčová podpora jeví asistent pedagoga. Pro tuto profesi je podmínkou určité dosažené vzdělání, zároveň s sebou nese jisté povinnosti a závazky. S tím souvisí možnosti dalšího rozvoje získaných znalostí využitelných v oboru. Osobnostní předpoklady jsou nedílnou součástí nároku pro výkon tohoto zaměstnání. Náplň práce je představena s ohledem na specifika začleněného žáka, liší se podle potřeb konkrétního jedince. Kvalitativní výzkum založený na pozorování a rozhovorech s předpřipraveným schématem otevřených otázek si klade za cíl zjistit pohled asistentů pedagoga na inkluzivní vzdělávání na jedné základní škole v Praze. Zjištění předkládají i náměty respondentů na podporu úspěšného společného vzdělávání. Obecně lze shrnout, že zkušenost asistentů potvrzuje úspěšně probíhající inkluzivní vzdělávání, podle jejich hodnocení však také velmi závisí na mnohých proměnných. Inclusion is in legislation and presented with regard to the historical development and approach to the education of people with disabilities. The current inclusive education is also characterized by the support measures provided, of which the teaching assistant appears to be the key support. The condition for this profession is a certain education, at the same time it carries with it certain duties and obligations. Related to this is the possibility of further development of acquired knowledge usable in the field. Personality qualification is an integral part of the entitlement to perform this job. The content of the work is presented with regard to the specifics of the included pupil, it differs according to the needs of particular individual. Qualitative research based on observations and interviews with a pre-prepared scheme of open- ended questions aims to find out the view od teaching assistents on inclusive education at a elementary school in Prague.
