Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problémom spokojnosti zákazníkov spoločnosti EWALDS s.r.o. Práca poskytuje analýzu súčasnej úrovne spokojnosti zákazníkov, ktorá bola odvodená z dotazníkového prieskumu. Následne sú uvedené návrhy a preventívne opatrenia na zvýšenie spokojnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of customer satisfaction of the company EWALDS s.r.o. The thesis provides analysis of current level of customer satisfaction which is determined by the questionnaire survey. It is then followed by the proposals and precautions to increase the satisfaction.
