This thesis deals with the online marketing strategy of AboveX Digital. The goal is to design an online marketing strategy for a B2B agency whose business is providing professional marketing services for non-profit organizations. To achieve this goal, the benchmarking method, keyword analysis and also targeting analysis were used, which revealed gaps in the current strategy and areas for improvement. Subsequently, practical suggestions are presented, supported by the collected data, which should lead to increased lead generation.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of customer satisfaction of the company EWALDS s.r.o. The thesis provides analysis of current level of customer satisfaction which is determined by the questionnaire survey. It is then followed by the proposals and precautions to increase the satisfaction.
