Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského záměru na téma otevření baru/bistra, za účelem zjištění, zda je možné ho realizovat. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních informací o podnikání, podnikatelském plánu, jeho náležitostech a struktuře. V praktické části je zpracována samotná tvorba podnikatelského záměru, tak jak bylo vymezeno v teoretické části. The subject of my work is to prepare a business plan for the future opening of a bar/bistro and also to evaluate the possibility of its realization. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic information about the upcoming business, its requisites and structure. In the practical part, there is the whole process of the business plan itself.
