Diplomová práce je zaměřena na marketingový mix společnosti Kakaovník, s. r. o. – Čokoládovna Janek. Tato společnost se zabývá výrobou čokoládových produktů, zejména čokoládovými tabulkami, pralinkami, lanýži a ostatními čokoládovými specialitami. Teoretická část práce přibližuje důležité marketingové pojmy a analýzy, které jsou stěžejní pro vypracování analytické a návrhové části práce. Analytická část hodnotí současnou situaci ve společnosti prostřednictvím zvolených analýz. V rámci analytické části je zpracováno dotazníkové šetření, které se zaměřuje na spokojenost B2B zákazníků se současným marketingovým mixem. Návrhová část práce zahrnuje návrhy, které povedou ke zlepšení stávajícího marketingového mixu společnosti.
The thesis focuses on the marketing mix of the company Kakaovnik s.r.o. - Cokoladovna Janek. This company produces chocolate products, especially chocolate bars, pralines, truffles and other chocolate specialities. The theoretical part introduces important marketing terms and analyses, which are key for carrying out both the analytical and the proposal part of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the existing situation in the company via selected analyses. A questionnaire survey focused on the satisfaction of B2B customers with the current marketing mix was conducted in the analytical part. The solution proposal part includes propositions to improve the company’s current marketing mix.
