Tato diplomová práce pojednává o výru velkém, jako modelovém druhu pro enviromentální výchovu. První část je zaměřena na tento druh a jakým způsobem byl vnímán v minulosti a možné důvody jeho pronásledování. Druhá část se zaměřuje na postupný návrat této sovy do české přírody a zákonných opatření na jeho ochranu. Ve třetí části se práce zaměřuje na výskyt výra v sousedních státech České republiky a jejich nejnovější stavy a zákonná opatření. Poslední a zároveň praktická část je zaměřena na vnímání studentů středních lesnických škol a studentů gymnázií na návrat vybraných obratlovců do české přírody. Tato část se hlavně zaměřuje na porovnání vnímání výskytu výra velkého vůči ostatním obratlovcům v České přírodě. This diploma thesis deals with an eagle owl as a model species for environmental education. The first part focuses on this species and how it was perceived in the past and the possible reasons for its pursuit. The second part focuses on the progressive return of this owl to Czech nature and legal measures to protect it. In the third part the thesis focuses on the presence of eagle owl in neighbouring countries of the Czech Republic and their latest states and legal measures. The last and practical part is focused on the perception of secondary forestry students and grammar school students on the return of selected vertebrates to Czech nature. This part focuses mainly on comparing the perception of eagle owl to other vertebrates in Czech nature.
