[cze][eng] Název: Kompenzační cvičení jako doplněk tréninkového plánu dětí mladšího školního věku v krasobruslení Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit nejčastěji objevující se svalové dysbalance u zkoumané skupiny krasobruslařů mladšího školního věku. Proto, abych zjistila zásadní nedostatky, jsem použila jednoduché testy a na základě zjištění nedostatků jsem vytvořila zásobník kompenzačních cvičení. Výsledky ověřím pomocí stejných testů, jako na začátku vstupního měření po tříměsíčním přípravném období. Metody: V mé práci jsem použila funkční svalový test pro hodnocení flexibility a vyšetření paní fyzioterapeutkou za pomocí MFK systému. V jednotlivých testech neměříme jen svalovou sílu hlavního svalu, ale navíc vyšetřujeme a analyzujeme provedení celého pohybu. Testování, se zúčastnilo pět krasobruslařek v mladším školním věku. Výsledky: Vstupní testování proběhlo na začátku přípravného období. Poté byl aplikován 3 měsíční kompenzační program a po jeho skončení byli probandi opět testováni k zjištění efektu. Výsledky v této práci jsou popsány v tabulkách. Na základě měření jsme zjistili, že nejproblémovější partie byly břišní, zádové svalstvo a svalstvo dolních končetin. Therefore, in order to find out the fundamental deficiencies, we used simple tests and based on the deficiencies, we created a buffer of compensatory exercises. We will verify the results using the same tests as at the beginning of the initial measurement after the three-month preparatory period. Methods: In my work I used a functional muscular test to assess the flexibility and examination of a physiotherapist with the help of the MFK system. We do not only measure the muscular strength of the main muscle in individual tests, but we also investigate and analyze the performance of the whole movement. Testing was attended by five figure skaters in the younger school age. Results: Initial testing took place at the start of the preparatory period. A 3-month compensation program was then applied and after the test, the probands were again tested to determine the effect. The results of this work are described in the tables.
