Several oligomers of L-glutamic acid (n = 2-10) were synthesized by a solid phase method, analyzed and separated by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) as anions in alkaline background electrolytes of different composition at pH range 8.1-10.0. Různé oligomery L-glutamové kyseliny (n=2-10) byly připraveny metodou na pevné fázi a analyzovány a separovány kapilární zonovou elektroforezou jako anionty v bazickém základním elektrolytu různého složení v pH oblasti 8.1 – 10.0.
