Péči o zdraví pracovníků v posledních letech pracovní organizace věnují stále intenzivnější pozornost, a to nejen vzhledem k legislativním povinnostem. Organizace si nad rámec zákonné péče stanovují s pracovníky zdravotní péči smluvně či investují dobrovolně do ergonomie pracovního prostředí a realizují různorodé aktivity - sportovní akce, nabídky výživového poradenství, antistresové programy, nadstandardní zdravotní prohlídky a další. Cílem práce je analyzovat možnosti zdravotně preventivních opatření a analyzovat realizaci těchto opatření ve sto velkých organizacích se sídlem v České republice pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření.
