[cze][eng] Název: Kompetenční profil tenisového trenéra Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit kompetenční profil ideálního tenisového trenéra na základě posouzení tenisovými odborníky. Metody: Data byla nejdříve získána studiem písemných pramenů a následně byla upravena a rozšířena díky rozhovorům s tenisovými trenéry. Pro posouzení důležitosti byla zvolena 4 stupňová Likertova škála bez středové hodnoty. Respondenti byli výhradně tenisoví trenéři a jejich dotazování probíhalo jak osobně, tak pomocí sociálních sítí. Výsledky: Na základě výsledků posouzení důležitosti bylo zjištěno, jaké kompetence jsou po práci ideálního tenisového trenéra nejdůležitější. Tyto kompetence byly vybrány do kompetenčního profilu. Methods: At first data for the research was obtained by studying the written sources and was subsequently extended and modified thanks to interviews with tennis coaches. 4 level-point Likert scale without central tendency was chosen for evaluating the importance of the data. Respondents were exclusively tennis coaches. They were asked about the importance of competencies in person and also by social networks. Results: The most important competencies for ideal tennnis coach were identified in accordence to results of the evaluation. These competencies were chosen to be in competency profile.
