Tato práce se zabývá nadanými žáky, jejich nadáním, identifikací a možnostmi vzdělávání v českých školách. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: praktickou a teoretickou. V teoretické části si nejdříve řekneme, co nadáni je, vysvětlíme si různé pojmy, které jsou podobného významu jako nadání a jak se rozlišují, představíme si modely nadání různých odborníků a také si představíme základní druhy nadání. Dále uvádím charakteristické vlastnosti a typologie nadaných dětí a jak se nejen pomocí těchto vlastností nadaný žák identifikuje. Významnou součástí této práce je vzdělávání nadaných žáků, které rozděluji na vzdělávání ve škole a mimo školu. Popisuji zde konkrétní formy vzdělávání a možnosti práce s nadanými dětmi a hodnotím jejich pozitiva a negativa. Do mimoškolních aktivit zařazuji rodinné prostředí, školní kroužky, organizace a instituce věnující se nadaným dětem. Na závěr teoretické části dávám shrnutí této problematiky v České republice a také jak je to se vzděláváním pedagogů nadaných. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření i s vyhodnocením, zaměřené na zjištění povědomí veřejnosti o nadaných a jaký mají o této problematice přehled. This work deals with the gifted children and their education possibilities in Czech schools. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part we first look in what talent is, we will explain different terms which are similar in meaning to the word talent and how to differentiate between them, we will introduce models of talent by various authors and also the basic types of talent. Further I mention the characteristics of the gifted children and how to use these characteristics to identify them. Subsequently, we divide the gifted children into different categories depending on the manifestations of their talents. Significant part of this work is the education of the gifted children, which I split into education at school and out of school. I describe concrete forms of education and possibilities of work with the gifted children and I evaluate their pros and cons. By out of school activities I mean family environment and organizations and institutions focused on education of the gifted children. The rest of the theoretical part I provide summary of this of this topic in the Czech Republic and also what is the situation with education of the pedagogues of the gifted children.
