Bakalářská práce Profese učitelství v měnících se podmínkách současné školy chce přispět k lepšímu pochopení procesu profesionalizace učitelství s důrazem na klíčovou roli profesního standardu, který jako přijímaný vzorec formativního a sumativního charakteru ve významné míře definuje zónu nejbližšího vývoje, a to jak profesionálů, tak profese. Na příkladu Velké Británie chce ukázat možná nebezpečí spojená s přijetím standardů profese. Zkoumá vybrané projekty, které mohou významným způsobem ovlivnit nejbližší vývoj učitelské profese v České republice. Poslední část této práce zjišťuje názory učitelů na vybrané části Rámce profesních kvalit učitele. Bachelor thesis The Teaching Profession in the Changing Context of the Current School wants to contribute to a better understanding of the process of professionalization of teaching with emphasis on the key role of professional standard, which significantly defines the nearest state of development, both professionals and the profession, in social, economic and strategic terms. On the example of the UK I would like to show the potential risks associated with the adoption of the standard. Examines selected projects, which can significantly affect the development of the teaching profession in the Czech Republic. The last part of this thesis investigates the opinions of teachers in selected parts of a professional standard of teacher quality (Rámec profesních kvalit učitele).
