Je podán nástin problematiky umělecky orientovaného výchovně vzdělávacího procesu jako prostředku pro optimální uplatňování pedagogické moci a profesní kompetentnosti. Zvolená forma umělecké činnosti pracuje s víceúrovňovou motivační atraktivitou práce v divadelním souboru. Tomu odpovídá informační komplexnost zvolené tématiky. Umožňuje, aby byly informace zpracovány nejen z hlediska vymezení pojmů a následné filozofické analýzy, ale i prožitkově praktickým doložením. Základní výzkum se orientuje na moc a kompetenci pedagoga, která může významným způsobem ovlivňovat a v rámci trvalého působení i předurčovat sociální rehabilitaci a prognostiku handicapovaného dítěte. The thesis discusses the issues of art-oriented educational process as a means for effective application of pedagogical powers and professional competence. The selected form of art activity makes use of multilevel motivational appeal of working in a theatre company. This corresponds to the informative complexity of the chosen theme. It allows to process the information not only in terms of definitions and subsequent philosophical analysis, but also by experiential practical proof. Basic research focuses on the power and competence of a teacher, which can significantly affect the predetermine social rehabilitation of the handicapped child.
