Ivana Příbramská: Informační systémy ve vysokém školství s důrazem na identifikaci uživatelů, informačních potřeb a jejich uspokojování (dizertační práce) Abstrakt Tématem dizertační práce jsou uživatelé v oblasti terciárního vzdělávání a uspokojování jejich informačních potřeb ve vztahu k informačním systémům a zdrojům poskytovaným jak samotnými vysokými školami, tak dalšími institucemi. Úvodní část je věnována teoretickému vymezení oblasti informačního chování a jeho modelování, informačním potřebám a jejich uspokojování. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na prostředí vysokého školství a jeho roli v poskytování informací osobám, které se v této oblasti pohybují včetně veřejnosti, a dále identifikuje skupiny uživatelů, jejich informační potřeby a zdroje, které mohou být použity k jejich uspokojování. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována informačním systémům ve vysokém školství v ČR včetně klasifikací a číselníků v jejich rámci používaných, přehledu celostátních systémů shromažďujících data z jednotlivých vysokých škol a stručného popisu tří nejpoužívanějších informačních systémů. Závěrečná část pak nahlíží do procesu implementace a provozu dvou konkrétních informačních systémů, Informačního systému UK a Studijního informačního systému FF UK. Mgr. Second chapter sets up a theoretical framework, summarizing research in the field of the information seeking and information seeking behavior, models of information seeking, information needs and their satisfaction. Third chapter describes higher education area and its role in information provision to the users (coming from both within and outside the area); all users within this area are classified and their information needs and sources for satisfaction of these needs are listed. Fourth chapter is concerned with information systems in higher education in Czech Republic including classifications used within this field, national systems collecting data from higher education institutions and short description of three local information systems.
