Abstrakt: [cze][eng] Tato prace se zabyva nekolika pohledy na fungovanf systemu rekvalifikacnfho vzdelavanf v Geske republice. Cflem prace je nejen popsat silne a slabe stranky soucasneho fungovanf systemu rekvalifikacf v GR, ale i nastfnit moznosti dalsfho vyvoje tohoto sektoru. Vychodiskem prace je rozvoj kompetencf, nebof prave rozvoj profesnfch kompetencf a zvysovanf kvalifikace pracovnfku, ktera je pri vykonu konkretnf pracovnf cinnosti nepostradatelna, je predmetem i rekvalifikacnfch kurzu. Prace podrobne popisuje institucionalnf zabezpecenf procesu udelovanf akreditacf, realizaci rekvalifikacnfch kurzu, kontroly dodrZovanf kvality poskytovanych kurzu a problemy s tfm spojene. Obsahem prace je i seznamenf s vysledky uskutecneneho setrenf poskytovanych kurzu v oblasti dalsfho vzdelavanf v roce 2009 a jejich porovnanf se zfskanymi daty z setrenf z predeslych let. Tato prace prinasf i radu navrhu na zlepsenf a zkvalitnenf systemu rekvalifikacf, ktere by mely vest k uprave systemoveho pojetf rekvalifikacf tak, aby absolventi rekvalifikacnfch kurzu byli v co nejsirsf mfre uplatnitelnf na trhu prace, ke snfzenf nezamestnanosti a ke zmfrnenf dopadu ekonomicke a hospodarske krize na spolecnost.This work deals with several views on the operation of retraining in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is not only to describe the strengths and weaknesses in the functioning of retraining in the Czech Republic, as well as outline opportunities for further development of this sector. The starting point is the development of competencies, because the development of professional competencies and skills upgrading, which is in the performance of specific work indispensable, is the subject of retraining courses. The work describes in detail the institutional support accreditation process, the implementation of retraining courses, monitoring compliance with the quality of courses and associated problems. The research work includes studying the results of investigations carried out provided courses in further education in 2009 and their comparison with data obtained from investigations of previous years. This work offers a number of proposals to improve the quality of the retraining, which should be made to the system concept of retraining so that graduates of retraining courses have the widest possible employable in the labor market, reduce unemployment and to mitigate the impact of the economic crisis on human society.
