Tématem diplomové práce je vliv osobnosti a výukového stylu učitele na vzorce chování žáků. Práce je zaměřena na postřehnutí problémů vztahujících se k výukovému stylu učitele, k vzorcům chování žáků a k pedagogické komunikaci. Diplomová práce je zpracovávána s vědomím, že by měla začínajícím učitelům i všem, kdo tuto problematiku nepodceňují, sloužit jako průvodce a zdroj mnoha podnětů pro další odborné vzdělávání. It's directed at the observation of problems, which are cennected with teacher's way of teaching, pupil's pattern of behaviour and pedagogical communicatoin. Dissertation is made with taking notice o f assumption that it should help as a guide to the teachers, who makes the start and it should help to everybody, who doesn't underestimate this theme and it also can be incentive for the further professional education.
