Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zlepšení komunikace a řízení vztahů se zákazníky společnosti Hydroma, spol. s r.o. V teoretické části autor klade důraz na pochopení významu CRM a popisuje marketingovou komunikaci. Praktická část se opírá o teoretická východiska. Nejprve se zaměřuje na společnost Hydroma, spol. s r. o. a analýzu současného stavu komunikace se zákazníky a řízení jejich vztahů. Závěr práce tvoří návrhy, které by měly vést ke zlepšení současné situace. The thesis is focused on improving communication and customer relationship management company Hydroma, spol. s r. o. In the theoretical part, the author emphasizes the importance of understanding and describing CRM marketing communications. The practical part is based on theoretical foundations. First, it focuses on the company Hydroma, spol. s r. o. and analysis of the current state of communication with customers and manage their relationships. The thesis concludes with suggestions that should lead to an improvement of the current situation.
