Bakalářská práce řeší otázku, prostřednictvím jakých zdrojů financování by bylo nejefektivnější pořídit potřebné strojní zařízení pro vybranou firmu. Detailněji se zabývá analýzou produktů leasingových společností a bankovních institucí zejména finančním leasingem a dlouhodobými úvěry. Podstatou bakalářské práce je nalézt, na základě zhodnocení provedených analýz jednotlivých produktů, optimální variantu externího financování konkrétního zařízení, které současně respektuje kritéria požadovaná firmou. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the question which sources of financing would be the most efficient for the respective company when buying the necessary equipment. It deals also with the product analysis of leasing companies and banks, especially with the financial leasing and loans for fixed assets. The core of this work is to find an optimal variation of external financing, based on the performed analysis evaluation of the particular products, which would respects the criteria set by a company.
