Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu zavedení služby pomocí využití projektového managementu. V práci jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a problematika projektového managementu. Firma, pro kterou byl projekt navržen, se zabývá realitním obchodem. The diploma thesis deals with the design of the project implementation the service with the help of project management. The thesis included the basic concepts and the issueof project management. The company, where the project will be applied has dealt with real estate.
