Cieľom tejto práce je charakterizovať vplyv filozofie na oblasť gastronómie v regióne Ďaleký východ. Prvá časť práce sa zaoberá definíciou pojmov gastronómia a filozofia. Druhá časť sa venuje tradičnej čínskej medicíne. Konkrétnym prejavom filozofie v gastronómii sa zaoberá ďalšia kapitola. V poslednej časti práce je riešená hypotéza, či s prenikaním východnej gastronómie na Západ sa zároveň prenáša aj východná filozofia. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat vliv filozofie na oblast gastronomie v regionu Dálný východ. První část práce se zabývá definicí pojmů gastronomie a filozofie. Druhá část se věnuje tradiční čínské medicíně. Konkrétním projevem filozofie v gastronomii se zabývá další kapitola. V poslední části práce je řešena hypotéza, zda s pronikáním východní gastronomie na Západ se zároveň přenáší i východní filozofie. The aim of this study is to identify the characteristics of the impact of the philosophy on the gastronomy in the Far East Region. The first part of the study is focused on the definition of the gastronomy and the philosophy. The Traditional Chinese Medicine is characterized in the second part. In the third part there are samples of the impact of the philosophy on the gastronomy. The last part studies the hypothesis of the penetration of the eastern gastronomy to the West and spreading there the eastern philosophy.
