Navrhli jsme a otestovali zařízení pro automatizovanou analýzu a třídění živých buněk fotoautotrofních mikroorganismů (řas) a jiných mikroobjektů kombinující laserovou pinzetu a ramanovský mikrospektrometr. Součásti tohoto systému jsou je i speciální mikrofluidní čip a řídicí software zajišťující analýzu obrazu a spekter v reálním čase. Účelem zařízení je nedestruktivní analýza živých buněk a jejich separace za účelem další kultivace. Analytickým nástrojem je zde Ramanova spektroskopie, která dovoluje náhled do chemického složení zkoumaných buněk. We have developed an instrument for automatized analysis and sorting of living cells of unicellular algae and other micro-objects based on laser tweezers and Raman spectroscopy. The system comprises the Raman tweezers setup, special microfluidic chip, and a specialized software allowing image recognition, spectral analysis, and automated sorting functions. The resulting instrument allows non-destructive analysis of chemical properties of living cells and their automatic separation for further examination or cultivation.
