Projekt aplikovaného výzkumu je zaměřen na téma možnosti zavádění flexibilních forem práce v České republice. Cílem projektu je analyzovat zkušenosti s flexibilními formami práce ve Francii, Nizozemí, Slovinsku, Dánsku, Švédsku a srovnat je se situací v České republice. Evropské země, které byly vybrány do analýzy mají tradici jak vysoké míry participace žen na trhu práce, tak zkušenost s vysokým podílem žen pracujících na zkrácené pracovní úvazky. Důležitým obsahem studie bude dále hodnocení dopadů opatření na podporu flexibilních forem organizace práce, jak jsou prosazovány v jiných evropských státech, a bude zhodnoceno, do jaké míry je praxe z vybraných evropských zemí přenositelná do českého kontextu a jaká opatření je možné navrhnout, aby došlo ke změně stávající praxe v České republice. The aim of the research project is to analyze all types of factors influencing the implementation of flexible working arrangements in the Czech Republic. In the analysis we research the flexible working arrangements in the international comparative perspective. We have chosen 5 European countries (France, Netherlands, Slovenia, Denmark and Sweden) with long lasting tradition of part time employment to analyze their specific experience and the relevant policy measures. Consequently we aim to compare the typical features of part-time employment and flexible working policies in the selected countries with the specific situation in the Czech Republic. On the basis of the findings, we will propose policy measures which would lead to better availability of the flexible working arrangements, above all part-time work, same as better conditions for the ones in flexible contracts, in the Czech Republic.
