This final thesis Use of ICT in Education tries to introduce different possibilities of use of ICT in teaching in secondary schools, looks into the state policies and informs about general problems of their implementation. .The main part of this work is dedicated to the analysis and comparative research that deals with equipment, and use of ICT in individual subjects and also with design of the use of ICT in selected subjects taught in three secondary schools.

Performance management in the selected company

This theme has been chosen due to the fact that the education and development of people within most companies is very discussed in these days. In recent years, when the market is still in crisis, the question is being solved whether to invest in education or not. If it is beneficial to reduce costs through a reduction in spending on education or if it pays off in the future to educate own employees and raise their motivation and loyalty to the company. For this reason, the diploma thesis examines the selected company operating on the Czech market. Describing its methods of management, education and remuneration of employees in the past and the present, and whether its internal and motivational tools are effective to employees. There is described and explained the effectiveness, advantages and disadvantages of the management company in details and the nature of education as a way to improve performance and prosperity of the selected company. As a conclusion of this work the recommendations and advices for future developments in education and motivation which are based on the survey in selected company will follow.

Use of information sources specialized on options of education and professional career

This bachelor thesis is concerned with longlife education and learning issue and information
sources relevant with that. In theoretical part reasons for importance of education and
following further education for modern human are examined, importance of impact of its
social surroundings on its development in continuity with choice of his future profession.
Further it is consulting process along with its phases, options of education for adults and
trends in a sphere of specialized education and importance of motivation and aspiration trials
of individual. In practical part individual information sources are analyzed with its
consecutive ratings. Outcome of this work should be systematical whole of individual
information sources, which can serve as a tool for counselors (in schools, employment offices
o in any other institution concerned with education), which work with clients in sphere of
specialized counseling and education.

Knowledge Economy and Education in the Czech Republic

The main objective of this thesis is to identify and then compare the financial and human resources embedded in education. Specifically, these are the investments in education in the Czech Republic in comparison with selected countries, and from the perspective of public and private expenditure spent on education and expenditure on education as a percentage of GDP. The theoretical part of the work, focusing on the importance of education for society, human resources and human capital, defines the basic concepts and establishes a theoretical frame work. The analytical part is to assess investments in education at various levels of study and funding for research and development in the Czech Republic and the subsequent comparison with selected countries of the OECD and EU28. The conclusion of the thesis, containing a summary and evaluation of the previous parts of the work, the apparent decrease incurred expenditure on education relative to GDP, when the Czech Republic is below the OECD average. This trend may be due to low interest government about this resort. Research and development brings new knowledge and technologies needed to increase the productivity of individual states. Czech Republic attaches to investment in research and development due to GBARD share of total public expenditure in the long term greater significance than the average for the EU28.

University education in the Czech Republic and the system of financing

The thesis deals with higher education in the Czech Republic and its financing
system that addresses not only economic theory but also economic practice. Theoretical
bases describe important concepts and definitions in the field of education. This chapter
also described the system of education, including the international classification of
education and description of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Furthermore,
there is also described the history of higher education in the Czech Republic and its current
status. These states are analyzed in terms of the number of students and graduates, and are
presented financing options, including the development of universities in recent years.
The practical part then performs an analysis of the financing of two public
universities. Compared the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and Mendelova
University in Brno. In these selected public universities is made summaries of their current
activities and conditions that affect some of the sources of their funding. Subsequently, an
assessment of their current financial situation and analyzed its development in 2009-2014.

Computer literacy and education of homeless people in Kladno

The bachelor´s thesis Computer literacy and education of homeless people in Kladno determines educational needs in the sphere of computer literacy of homeless people in Kladno and proposes educational content in the form of a training module, according to the collected facts and data, based on interviews with individuals of the target group. The issue overview explains terms homeless and homelessness, their classification, reasons, characteristics and possible elimination. It also deals with the importance of education and related facts. The last part of the review is dedicated to clarification of the concept computer literacy in the context of corresponding terms and definitions. The practical part of the thesis describes the method and procedure, which led to a determination of important data in order to create educational content. The detected information is consequently evaluated and on its basis is created the educational content in the form of the training module example.

Care for employees, company policy

The diploma thesis deal with care for employees and the company policy. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of labor law, which are necessary for understanding the issues, defines current applicable legislation relating to employees care area and then processes general level the care of employees. It explains terms of mandatory, contractual and voluntary care based on laws, regulations and personnel employer policy. Company policy specifies focus and use of personnel strategy based on the competence of the personnel department. It is focused on motivation of employees, their company education and development and evaluation and remuneration through achieved performance. The practical part analyses care for employees who work in the public sector, particularly in the Czech telecommunications office. The conclusion summarized all the discussed issues and contained a set of proposals on how to improve the current situation in company.

Management of Education of Employees in Organisation

This thesis is dedicated to the process of education in a particular organisation. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the current system of education in surroundings of the particular organisation and in case of deficiencies suggest appropriate project that will lead to improvement.
In the theoretical part it is processed the issues of employee education and the other related concepts with the aid of the analysis of secondary sources which comprise the study of the literature and other available materials. The practical part describes the organisation and the process of employee education with the aid of analysis of internal materials. There are also evaluated outcomes of quantitative research with utilization of questionnaire. On the basis of survey results it is suggested to implement a training course in communication skills in the form of e-learning. This course can help to improve the current educational system and employee contentment within the organisation.

Knowledge Economy and Education in the Czech Republic

Cílem diplomové je přiblížení problematiky znalostní ekonomiky a s ní související vzdělanost společnosti. Kritériem hodnocení je stávající stav znalostní ekonomiky, která je úzce spjata s historickým vývojem vzdělávání. Předmětem práce bude komparace úrovně a znalosti ve všech ekonomických aktivitách. Součásti práce bude mimo jiné i pohled na znalostní ekonomiku a vzdělávání v mezinárodním kontextu. Dále i zamyšlení nás pojmem znalostní ekonomika, potřeba vzdělávání. Tyto dva pojmy budou dány do souvislosti s problematikou konkurenceschopnosti organizaci a státu. Část práce bude věnována používání Indexu znalostní ekonomiky. Cílem práce bude tedy zhodnocení vlivu znalostní ekonomiky z různých úhlů pohledu.

Institutions for Leisure Time Spending of the Youth up to 18 years of age

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic Institutions for Leisure Time Spending of the Youth up to the age 18. The goal of this thesis is to analyse chosen semi-budgetary organization. There will be an evaluation based on the results of the analysis, whether the organization fulfils its mission aimed at benefiting public and whether the organization has enough resources to do that. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts.
The theoretical part clarifies concepts crucial for understanding the given issue. It explains detailed description of free time, detailed division of children and youth and also what part does nurture take in the process of growing up. It is followed by different views of free time and factors influencing how individuals spend their free time. The theoretical part is concluded by introducing and describing chosen organizations focused on already mentioned issues, including their specific functions.
The practical part is focused on Prague 13, analysing a chosen organization Dům dětí a mládeže Stodůlky. An institutional analysis is focused on estate, equipment, offer of free-time activities, staff, achievements and finance management. In the end outcomes are summarized and activities of the organization are evaluated.
