Application of the software support help desk into the process Facility management
Běhounková, Jitka ; Hradil, Marek (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with a importance of the tool HelpDesk for Facility management environment, which covers a aggregate of services in the area of real estate management. The work analyses the effects on operation (event. requirements on manpower, acceleration of requirements servicing, improvement of services) after the system application with respect to requirements of the middle and top management (e.g. not increase of the human resources, an opportunity to course monitoring of problem solving, providing of data sources for negotiation with suppliers). A part of solving is a proposal of architecture for the whole system with the accent on an integration with typical applications in the Facility management environment (Asset Management Systems) a an offer of own services (SOA - Service-oriented architecture). The goal of work will the selection of the optimal platform for solving (web application, form application) and proposal of basic data structures.
Use of Modelling and Simulation in the Analysis of Operational Risks of Production Lines
Wolker, Jakub ; MSc, Martin Manga, (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the use of modeling and simulation in the analysis of operational risks. Proposals for the methodology for creating a digital twin model of new and existing production lines, subsequent verification of the methodology on a specific model and also the use of the model to determine operational risks will be presented. Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software is used to create the digital twin model and to verify risk scenarios and related experiments. The main goal of this work is to propose a suitable procedure and means that address the issue of planned benefits and risks for production line projects. This is achieved by meeting the sub-objectives that correspond to the individual proposals. The solution is based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the assembly line, the state of value stream mapping and the data used.
Software Support of Enterprise Processes
Jelínek, Marek ; Šebela, Jiří (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is primarily design methodology for planning and traffic management. It is based on the real needs of company CAD Blansko and analyzing company processes and capture their support in the corporate ERP system. Next pat is detailed analysis focusing on dispatching of passenger transport. Based on the findings and conclusions of this section are outlined deficiencies, especially the need for a methodology for resource planning and specifications of that methology. To which is directly connected with the extensive design of the required design methodology and its software support, change is taken into account current business processes. It is also recommended procedure of the implementation methodology using appropriate project management tools. The final part is testing of methodology.
Modelování technicko-ekonomických informací v průběhu životního cyklu stavby
Biolek, Vojtěch ; Heralová,, Renáta Schneiderová (referee) ; Petráková,, Zora (referee) ; Witala, Lukáš (referee) ; Hanák, Tomáš (advisor)
This dissertation focuses on the issue of the effective use of information on construction life cycle costing (LCC) when designing buildings. Information is key data about the environment, conditions and processes, but nowadays it is increasingly important to use it effectively, especially in the construction industry. In the current state of construction practice, the close connection between architects/designers and construction economists in the phase of construction designing is underutilized. For investors, such as developers or public entities, it is crucial to ensure the efficient use of funds and the consideration of construction life cycle costing. The life cycle costing of construction (LCC) indicator seems to be ideal for investment evaluation, as it includes the costs associated with the entire construction life cycle from procurement to disposal. However, the LCC indicator is still underutilized or is used inappropriately with imprecise inputs. For its effective use, accurate technical and economic information is needed, which in current practice is often missing or inaccurate. The resulting LCC indicators are thus only informative and provide limited information on the future costs of the construction. The aim of this thesis is to propose a methodology for the effective use of the LCC indicator in the design of buildings. The methodology will be focused on obtaining accurate technical-economic information, such as repair and maintenance costs, construction life and acquisition costs. In this way, it will be possible to create high-quality constructions withoptimal life cycle costing. The effective use of the LCC indicator will contribute to better decision-making by investors and support a sustainable approach in the construction industry.
Proposing a Risk Analysis Methodology for Critical Applications in the Banking Sector

Measurement and Monitoring Performance Parameters of Next Generation Networks
Grenar, David ; Vlček, Čestmír (referee) ; Róka,, Rastislav (referee) ; Smékal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis is concentrated on the topic of next generation access networks. In the thesis, first of all, is conducted the analysis of the current state of knowledge with special focus on current technical and legislative developments and trends in access networks. The thesis describes the current structure of access networks and analyzes the current state of the issue of access technology. Measurement and testing methods for its verification depending on the type of network or operation of IP services are also described. Subsequently, the dissertation presents mathematical methods, that can be used in order to assess the access network model. In addition, recommendations and methods for monitoring and modelling access network data are evaluated. In particular, the subject of interest in this thesis is the issue of traffic intensity. The thesis presents a proposal for the construction of a mathematical modelling for the traffic profile and its application.

This Master´s thesis examines Investigation of aircraft accidents / incidents, which were caused by human error. My thesis is focused on fixed wing aircrafts with maximum take off weight up to 2500 kg. Practices of Aircraft accident / incident Investigation are described in Annex L13 which is document published by Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic. This document provides some support for investigators but does not contain methodology which should be used to discover human error by which the accident / incident was caused. This thesis has two major purposes. First purpose is to analyze Final reports of investigations and suggest improvements which can be made. Second goal of this thesis is to create own methodology for investigating the causes of aviation accidents / incidents caused by human factor.
