The aim of this thesis is the construction and technological solution of the rough construction of the community building for seniors in Benešov near Boskovice. The solution of the building includes the elaboration of building technology report, building equipment, technological regulations for masonry and realization of horizontal monolithic structures, control and test plan, solution of transport relations, design of machine assembly, health and safety and environmental plan. It also contains a building schedule and an item budget.

The Bachelor thesis is about solving the technology of rough upper building of the Polyfunctional object "Kopřivy" at the "Růžové Náměstí" in Boskovice. Within the work, there is a processed technological procedure for vertical and horizontal brick constructions, technical report of building site equipment, draft of the machine and traffic routes, control and test plan, and health and safety measures at work. Due to the time and financial demands of the construction, a timetable and its budget line are drawn up. The documentation provided by the investor of the building was used to prepare the bachelor thesis.

Cost revitalization of a residential building

This bachelor thesis focuses on the reconstruction costs of the residential houses. The theoretical part describes the management of the construction project, building life cycle and the costs of the each individual stages of the cycle. Furthermore these buildings are described on the basis of the functional parts. In the practical part the thesis focuses on the determination of the realization costs of two residential houses, the durability of individual functional parts and the possibilities of their reconstruction. At the end the budget and schedule are created and the reconstruction is analysed from an economic point of view.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the rough upper construction realization of the recreational resort. Bachelor thesis includes technological regulation for masonry and layout of ceiling Spiroll panels, next is the project of the machine set, the inspecting and testing plans, BOZP, the budget and the time table of the whole phase. I also worked out the technical report of the building site facilities including drawings needed.

Analysis of the differences between the target and the offer price of construction

This bachelor's thesis analyzes differences between the target and the offer price of construction. The introduction is focused on explaining the basic concepts of this topic, describing the price systems and composition of budgets. The practical part focuses on prices of carcass, where is explaining the differences between main items's price in different price systems. For this work it was used price system of RTS a.s. company and ÚRS Praha a.s. which have been appraise obtained offer budgets from several companies. The aim of the work is to evaluate the difference in prices between the offer and the target price which was created in two various pricing systems.

The work includes technical report, a design of a mechanical assembly, site facilities, bill of quantities, solution of wider transport routes, quality requirement, ensure safety, a budget and a time schedule.
