Cílem práce je zpracovat rozpočet vybraných položek rodinného domu na základě vlastní výkresové dokumentace. Vysvětlit podstatné pojmy a demonstrovat, jak se postupuje při tvorbě položkového rozpočtu. Závěrem rozebrat vybrané položky zaměřené na materiály a porovnat je s místními dodavateli. The aim of the thesis is to prepare the budget of selected items of the family house based on its own drawing documentation. Explain important concepts and demonstrate how to proceed with creating an item budget. Finally, break down selected material-targeted items and compare them with local suppliers.
