Kasal, Alexandr ; Nekola, Martin (advisor) ; Dragomirecká, Eva (referee) ; Čermáková, Pavla (referee)
Introduction: This dissertation addresses the issue of implementation barriers and facilitators of suicide prevention measures in the context of the field of public and social policy. Implementation barriers and facilitators can be identified across the whole implementation process. This paper seeks to identify them in published scientific studies and contextualize them for the Czech environment through expert group interview. The thesis uses two theoretical frameworks, the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) and the Conceptual Framework for Implementation Analysis (CFIA). The thesis simultaneously questions the suitability of these frameworks to achieve the aforementioned objectives and the possibility of synthesising these frameworks. Methods: Systematic literature review and group expert interview were conducted. The thesis applies the frameworks mentioned above to structure the results, with the CFIA serving as a supporting framework to categorize the results of the group expert interview that could not be assigned to the CFIR framework. Results: 63 relevant studies containing 239 implementation barriers and 405 implementation facilitators were identified through a systematic review. These were unevenly distributed across CFIR domains and constructs. In total, thirteen...
Romany pupils' integration in the Czech system of education
SÁDOVSKÁ, Michaela
The bachelor thesis is focused on the integration of Roma pupils into the Czech education system and the issues stemming from it. The theoretical section briefly examines the history of the Romani people and the relations of the Roma minority in European countries. Special attention is given to the integration of this minority group in Czechoslovakia and subsequently in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the thesis explores the upbringing and education of Romani pupils as well as the barriers associated with these topics. The practical section is focused on the personal experiences of Romani citizens with the Czech education system and experiences of teachers with Romani pupils. The research design utilises semi-structured interviews to uncover the issues and barriers connected to the integration of Romani pupils. The most frequently mentioned problem is the bullying of Romani pupils by students or teachers, along with exclusion from class or teaching, and the consequent problems that arise from such situations that reflect in their behaviour.
The communication barriers between teachers and parents in nursery school
ALFÖLDI, Dita
The bachelor thesis focuses on communication barriers between kindergarten teachers and parents of children. The aim of the thesis is to find out what barriers prevent the establishment of a partnership relationship between teachers and parents and what pitfalls affect the relevant transfer of information about children and events in kindergarten. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept of communication in general, its characteristics, division, actors of communication, principles of effective communication, methods of communication in kindergarten and deals with possible causes of unsuccessful communication on the part of the teacher and on the part of the parent. The practical part explores through a quantitative research investigation the most common methods of communication between educator and parent, identifies the barriers to communication and looks for possible solutions to prevent and remove the barriers found. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the biggest barrier in communication is the lack of time, which hinders the transfer of information between the two actors. The most frequent and most popular form of communication for teachers and parents is face-to-face meetings.
Case management u klientů v domácím prostředí
DRDÁKOVÁ, Michaela
The aim of the diploma thesis was "to examine the implementation of case management in working with clients in selected field social services in the South Bohemian region." The main research question was formulated as follows: "How do field social services in the South Bohemian Region provide case management?" The theoretical part deals with case management in the Czech Republic and abroad. It provides insight into its division, principles of use or specifics that social services bring. In terms of methodology, a qualitative research strategy was used, led by the method of questioning and the technique of semi-structured interview. To obtain answers to the main research question, the following partial research questions were set: "What is the form of case management that is provided for field social work in the South Bohemian Region?", " What are the benefits of the case management methods that organizations identify?" And "What barriers of case management methods do organizations identify?". The research group consisted of representatives of organizations that provide field social services "field program" according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On social services, as amended. In order to be able to participate in the research, organizations need to operate in the territory of the South Bohemian Region. For the first partial research question, the following clusters were identified: cooperation, teamwork, networking of the client. For the second sub-research question, the following clusters were identified: support, networking and new perspectives. For the third research question, the following clusters were identified: low development of case management, competition, small amount of literature, educational events. The results obtained within the research can be used in the implementation, development or planning of specific care using the case management method for registered social services with a field program service.
Assessment of electromobility possibilities in the South Bohemian Region
DUCHOŇOVÁ, Eva
This diploma paper evaluates the possibilities of the current state and development of electromobility in the South Bohemian Region in connection to other alternative ways of transport using the knowledge and resources for the development of elec-tromobility worldwide and in the Czech Republic. It further describes the usage in countries whose development affects the electromobility and predicts future devel-opment in the Czech Republic. The possibility of using subsidy titles and state sup-port of electromobility in the Czech Republic is compared to the evaluation of local specifications influencing this development - demands on the distribution system, engineering requirements in the form of partial demands of charging stations (port-folio, service, etc.). At the same time, barriers and support for this life trend are indicated, including the assessment of the pros and cons concerning electric cars in the Czech Republic and in the South Bohemian Region using SWOT analysis and Porter's model. At the end of the paper to support my hypothesis there are used the results of a questionnaire survey among business and non-business residents of the South Bohemian region.
Barriers in Inclusion for Children Diagnosed with Epidermolysis Bullosa.
VELICKÁ, Lenka
Work deals with barriers in inclusion for children with Epidermolysis bullosa disease. The theoretical section introduces basic information about epidermolysis bullosa disease and the care of such sick children. It also describes the DEBRA organisation, characterising the younger school age with regard to disability and characterising the foundations of inclusion. The practical part contains qualitative research examining the existence of barriers in inclusion. For the data collection, a semi-structured interview was chosen for the three families in which the child is located with EB and the conversations are part of the annexes. It also includes an analysis of all three interviews using so-called emerging topics that are recorded in the tables, the tables are also included in the annexes. All three families have a positive attitude to the disease and teach their children autonomy. They identify teacher fear as the main barrier to inclusion. But good inclusion is all about the moral.

However, the experience of clients with starting treatment and related factors are not described and characterized enough in the Czech Republic. Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to describe how clients choose facilities and how does the process of starting in-patient addiction treatment looks like from clients' perspective, and what are the factors that influence this process. Methods: Quality research was conducted using semi-structured interviews with clients addicted to alcohol, in in-patient treatment. The sample consisted of 22 clients. The data was analysed using interpretive phenomenological analysis, respectively the method of creating themes. Results: Results showed that most of the respondents chose the organization based on the waiting period or because it was recommended by someone. Another theme was, that they picked it because of some specific characteristics (geographical accessibility, the length of treatment, strict regime). 4 factors which helped clients with starting treatment were analysed: enough information about treatment, previous experience with the...
