In my bachelor thesis I focus on the communication between the municipality and the citizen which is solved by using modern information technologies in the frame of computerization of the government. I present already used news in this field and I try to find the optimal solution of the used and new technologies to bring effectiveness in the communication between the municipality and the citizen in my thesis.
Impact assessment of Act No. 254/2019 Coll., On Experts, Expert Offices and Expert Institutes

The final thesis deals with the issuance of Act No. 254/2020 Coll., On experts, expert offices and expert institutes. The aim is to analyze, describe and evaluate the impact of the law change on expert activities. The analysis took the form of a questionnaire survey addressing 1,002 experts. The evaluation of the results is processed using graphs, tables and free citations of experts. The thesis deals with the characteristics of individual provisions of the law, their negative effects and benefits. The output of the work is an analysis of the current situation. In the end, recommendations and proposals for measures are formulated.
INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS OF EXPERT ACTIVITY

The thesis analyzes an expert in social (institutional) relations that constitute the organizational and institutional background of Forensic Expertise as part of forensic engineering. The work explains the terminology and definitions used, with the greatest attention is paid to the analysis of the conditions for the exercise of expert activities from different perspectives (in particular legal and economic). Is discussed in detail in particular the status of expert institutes, and in all contexts: both in terms of expertise and its guarantee, as well as in terms of responsibility processors appraisal institute. Further describes the work of existing associations and experts estimated their future development. An important part of the work is a comparison of the conditions for the exercise of expert activities (advantages and disadvantages) in selected European countries: Slovak Republic, England and Austria. Based on the findings in the final section are designed and justified by changes in the conditions and rules for the performance of expert activities and other related aspects.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to describe the issues of structural and regional policies of European Union in the Czech Republic and to create general knowledge about running of drawing financial resources from EU funds for a particular project from an applicant´s perspective. The theoretical part deals with the origins of European Union and formation of regional policy of EU. Afterwords it is focused on the formation of regional policy in the Czech Republic and the project cycle. In practical part the project cycle is applied on a particular project Enlargement of nursery schools in Jihlava – Nursery school Nad Plovárnou 5, Jihlava from setting the targets, applying for the grant and up to the realization of the project itself.

The thesis examines two phenomena, namely defence spending and the quality of governance. The selected countries in which these two phenomena are examined in this thesis are selected countries of different world organizations or geograph-ical regions. To fully understand the issue, a section of the thesis is devoted to the description of the selected regions and their evolution. Subsequently, the phenom-ena of governance quality are described, and their determinants are examined. Both phenomena and their development are studied separately and then their in-terdependence and connection is examined. The conclusion is devoted to an as-sessment of the connection between the two issues.

The role of the President of the Republic in the appointment, acceptance of resignation and dismissal of the Government, the Prime Minister and members of the Government Abstract The thesis deals with the role of the President of the Republic in the appointment, acceptance of resignation and dismissal of the Government, the Prime Minister and members of the Government. It is structured into an introduction, three body parts and a conclusion. The first part offers a brief overview of the relevant legislation, not only in terms of constitutional law, but also ordinary acts and European regulations. The second part focuses on the classification of the Czech political system in context of the three basic forms of republican government, which are the presidential system, the semi- presidential system, and the parliamentary system. This classification establishes basic points of departure, which are useful in certain situations for the identification of a more systemically appropriate interpretation. This section also deals with the theoretical possibility of changing the type of government system solely based on the President's exercising his powers and offers the views of political scientists and constitutional lawyers on this issue. From victory to crisis: The transformation of the media framing of Petr Fiala's government in the Echo Weekly and in opinion texts on the Echo24 website

This diploma thesis deals with the framing of topics in the Echo Weekly and in the opinion section of the Echo24 website. It tries to record how tribal authors evaluated the activities of Petr Fiala's government during one year against the background of fundamental social changes due to the post-pandemic situation, the outbreak of the war in Ukraine and the economic and energy crisis. The research works with framework analysis using the deductive method, which is based on the search for already defined frameworks. It is a typology of frameworks described in earlier researches as the most frequently used. These are frameworks of responsibility, conflict, economic consequences, morality and the human interest. Searching for them and then analyzing the frames will make it possible to determine which arguments the authors used most often and how they presented the events to the readers. Research questions are set, namely, how the frequency of texts mentioning the government has changed since its appointment over a period of one year, how the frames used have changed during the year and which of them had the greatest representation, and how the authors have changed their arguments regarding the government's activities. Deterrence in counter-terrorism: the case of Nigeria

To assess the effectiveness of deterrence measures, we adopt data from the Global Terrorism Index (GTI). The GTI provides comprehensive assessments of trends and patterns of terrorism across different regions and countries and offers a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of counter- terrorism strategies. Our analysis will evaluate the impact of deterrence measures on reducing terrorist activities in Nigeria and identify the key factors that contribute to the success or failure of deterrence. This study's findings will be of significant interest to policymakers, security experts, and the broader Counter-terrorism has been a critical issue in Nigeria over the last decade, with terrorist groups such as Boko Haram posing a significant threat to the country's security and stability. In response, the Nigerian government has implemented various strategies, including deterrence, to combat this menace. Deterrence refers to the use of measures aimed at discouraging potential terrorists from engaging in violent activities.
