This diploma thesis deals with selected parts of the construction technology project of a multifunctional house in Brno on Cihlářská Street. Thesis contains a technical report, coordination situation and marking of transport routes of vehicles, time and financial plan of construction, study of the main technological stages of building, technical report of site equipment including drawing of site equipment, design of main construction machines including verification of bearing capacity and reach object, technology prescription and control and test plan for monolithic ceiling structure. The diploma thesis also includes selected LEED certification credits and a health and safety plan.

Diploma thesis is concerned to OH&SMS management system in cleaning company. It is analyzed as both national and international legal regulations of OH&SMS. Then analysis and risc rating of individual departments and suggestions of reformations are done. Based on choice, some supervisory documentation of OH&SMS were rewritten and completed.

Construction of the Lavimont production hall - building technology project

The aim of this diploma thesis is a construction-technological project of the Lavimont production hall in Brno Tuřany. The thesis deals with solution of off-road transport, supply, design of main building machines and mechanisms, ensuring safety and protection of health at work, ecology and environmental protection. The thesis also deals with the optimal construction of site equipment, pumping of resources during construction and solves the total time demands of the construction of this hall. Part of the diploma thesis is also solving the problems related to construction procedures, including the elaboration of a technological regulation and examples of the use of BIM technology in the construction process.

Time plan, budget, drawing of boarding solution are also included in this thesis.

Energy management system and its relationship with the safety

This work solves comparison of structures and conflicts between an energy management system and safety at work. The articles about frequent cases of conflict between these systems in the industry were found and these conflicts were assigned to possible solutions (from cheap to economically more demanding). This overview list of solution provides possible solutions to solve the conflicts between energy management and safety.
