Tato práce řeší porovnání struktury a konflikty mezi systémem managementu hospodaření s energiemi a systémem bezpečnosti práce na pracovišti. Byly vyhledány časté případy konfliktů mezi těmito systémy v průmyslu a těmto konfliktům byla přiřazena možná řešení (od levných až po ekonomicky náročnější). Tento přehledný soupis řešení poskytuje možná řešení konfliktů mezi hospodařením s energiemi a bezpečností. This work solves comparison of structures and conflicts between an energy management system and safety at work. The articles about frequent cases of conflict between these systems in the industry were found and these conflicts were assigned to possible solutions (from cheap to economically more demanding). This overview list of solution provides possible solutions to solve the conflicts between energy management and safety.
