Creation more accurate raster of the cadastral map in the cadastral district Těchanov

The thesis is dedicated to creation more accurated raster of the cadastral map in the cadastral district Těchanov. In the introductory part theoretical findings from the area of more accurate transformation are summarized and several terms related to raster problemacy are explained. The following chapter deals with the used software. Another part deals with description of the practical part, i.e. making out transformational key accurating transformation. The final chapters are dedicated to verifying the result of transformation by an independent control using the comparison of lenghts directly measured in terrain, measured on the original map of land cadastral or cadastral map and lenghts discovered from raster scan images before and after accurating transformation.

Title: Management Comparison of JKA Sports Karate Association in the Czech Republic and Abroad Goals: This thesis deals with the problematic of management in sports karate organizations in selected European countries. The aim is to give suggestions for management improvement in selected organizations. The suggestions will be based on an analysis of managerial functions and subsequent comparison of Czech and foreign organizations. Methods: For this thesis I used the methods of structured non-standardized interview, descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis and comparison. Results: The results of the thesis are proposals for implementation in problematic parts of each organization. The changes are proposed in managerial functions of planning, organizing and staffing and improvement of sponsorship and promotional activities. Expulsion of Aliens on National Security Grounds in the Context of International and European law

This study deals with the expulsion of aliens in modern international and European law. I have focused on the particular ground for the expulsion, i. e. national security, in the context of the States' obligations under some selected international human rights instruments and the relevant European law. National security is one of the generally accepted grounds for the expulsion of aliens, but the content of this term is not strictly defined. As a consequence of this lack of clarity national security may be abused by States. I focused on such abuse in the process of expulsion when States use the exception of national security as a reason for not allowing aliens to benefit from the procedural guarantees provided by international law. There have been two kinds of abuse of the national security term with respect to the procedural rights of the expelled persons found in this study. First, States expel aliens forthwith without giving them the opportunity to submit reasons against their expulsion or have their case reviewed by a competent authority also in cases when the exception of national security is indefensible. Pragmalinguistic categories of explicit and implicit assessment in the news reporting of Lidové noviny, its means and functions

Having reflected on the recommendations of the Approval Committee in this thesis we deal with pragmalinguistic analysis of particular examples of election reporting from the daily Lidové noviny (LN) in the period of May and June 2006. By using the tools offered by language pragmatics, mainly by its theory of conversational maxims as defined by the American linguist H. P. Grice, we attempt to map the scope, typology and intentionality of metalinguistic shifts in pragmatic deixis, i. e. implicatures which illegitimately occur in the text pattern of news reporting. These undesirable implicatures are mainly the categories of explicit and implicit assessment which confront the recipient with the journalist's subjective attitude. By doing so the journalist influences the general interpretation level (deixis) of the text for implicatures introduce a subjective, opinion-like quality into the text. In the introductory section of our thesis we discuss the base point of our analysis and define pragmalinguistic tools providing us with the necessary frame of reference and terminology to describe the appointed aspects of practical examples abstracted from Lidové noviny.
