Šašková, Ivana ; Uherek, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Stehlíková, Barbora (referee)
This thesis reacts to an increasing number of build-up areas and developer projects in Prokop Valley which is a nature reserve in Prague. It deals with the opinions and attitudes of people living close to this area. Prokop Valley belongs to significant locations in Prague, having unique values from many perspectives. The uniqueness lies in natural wealth, consisting of many rare and protected or endangered species of animals and plants, and also in geological and historical perspectives. Its authenticity is also relevant due to cultural landscape, which is a landscape that has been shaped not only by nature but also by humans. I am also discussing the topic of territorial protection, public space, and existing development alongside the planned ones. The thesis is based on qualitative research of semi-structured interviews, researching and describing their attitude towards the development, with the context of values, general awareness about the topic, and relationship with ecology and environment. I am working with concepts of biodiversity, ecology, and deep ecology, same as with phenomenological sociology.

Andelová, Šárka ; Tuček, Milan (advisor) ; Stehlíková, Barbora (referee)
The Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of work motivation in multi-level marketing, as a specific type of organizational structure and management. The aim of the thesis is to look at how the principles of motivation in multi-level marketing (also MLM) work. The structure of the thesis is based on the classical division into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The main theoretical concepts are: marketing and MLM, motivation and the theory of work motivation, which are anchored through the theory of human relations. Attention is primarily given to the explanation and description of how MLM works, as this system already contains some principles of motivation in its operation. In order to fulfill the goal, the empirical part of the work is focused towards analysing the motivation system of the selected MLM company, analysing interviews with traders who are active in companies that are profiled as MLM organisations and comparating the findings. The empirical part works with theoretical knowledge, especially with selected theories of work motivation, by which it looks at issues. The object and output of this bachelor thesis is an attempt to explain the work motivation of people who use MLM-based companies for their work activities.
The morality of the gift
Stehlíková, Barbora ; Abu Ghosh, Yasar (advisor) ; Sosna, Daniel (referee)
The thesis looks at the gift and at what kind of morality allows contemporary gift-giving. It is based on ethnographic research that focuses on a "generous social network" Hearth.net. This network was founded by the entrepreneur, philanthropist and buddhist Libor Malý. His goal is to fulfill the vision of improving interpersonal relationships and creating an economic system that is able to complement the existing market economy in the case of a crisis. This system also requires a change of paradigm into the paradigm of generosity and kindness. Adato Paradigma Group and the Ambassadors, who are the most active users of Hearth, help Libor Malý in fulfilling this goal. Hearth is a space where users can offer and receive gifts without an expectation of a counter-gift. The gift should be the tool that will allow the paradigm shift. The new paradigm of generosity and kindness is seen here as a cosmology based above all on the values of generosity and kindness, which is influenced mainly by the spirituality of Libor Malý. At the same time, this paradigm of generosity and kindness forms the moral basis for gift-giving within the Hearth network. Nevertheless, in the final form, the gift is determined by the moral assemblage of three moral dimensions (Zigon 2010). The thesis therefore is analyzing the...

The narrative episodic interviews are used and the greatest space is given to the narrator. Afterwards the texts obtained by this way are interpretated properly. In addition to the analysis of the interviews this paper encompass the summary of the literature engaged with the Albanians in Czech Republic. Furthermore there is the description of the biographical method, whereas it stems from the essays of Petra Klvačová and Zdeněk Konopásek. The theoretical determination of the basic terms like "identity", "national identity" and "ethnic identity" follows and then the brief review of the historical development in Albania and Kosovo. The less attention is paid to the relationship between the migrant and the city. We attained to the conclusion that the national identity of the all seven informants represents one of the possible subidentities, which moves on the imaginery web in the bigger distance from the centre than other aspects presented by the informants. These aspects were e. g. job or some hobby.
