Road bridge over the Kráľová waterworks

The subject of the thesis is the design of a road bridge over a river. A suspended bridge was chosen from three variants. The calculation of internal forces was done in the SCIA Engineer program and the assessment was done by manual calculation, in the MS Excel program and in the IDEA Statica program. The construction was assessed for the limit state of bearing capacity and usability. The calculation was made according to valid standards.standards.

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje kritické analýze vstupu společnosti Student Agency na německý trh a srovnání s analýzou vstupu téže společnosti na trh polský. V první části se práce zabývá teoretickými poznatky k jednotlivým metodám analýzy provedeným v praktické části této práce. Další část se poté zabývá samotnou společností Student Agency jako takovou, jejím vývojem a všemi službami, které poskytuje konečným zákazníkům. Praktická část poté analyzuje společnost pomocí několika různých marketingových metod, mezi které patří například Porterův model pěti sil nebo SWOT analýza. V závěru práce shrnuje autor analýzu vstupu na německý trh a zároveň je zde poskytnuto srovnání s analýzou vstupu společnosti na polský trh.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on process optimization in the middle sized company which is concerned with information technologies. Solution is based on detailed process analysis. The thesis describes unique products and services produced by company. The thesis analyses current processes and suggesting improvements. In conclusion is summarized economic, administrative and personal benefits. Optimized processes will serve as a base for real implementation of improved processes in the company.

Design of a small multipurpose reservoir in the cadastral area Velké Albrechtice

The first section of this diploma thesis pursues an algorithm design of flood wave transformation in Excel software and its application afterwards. The software is used to design a small multipurpose reservoir. The algorithm covers consumption calculations of typical dam structures such as discharge structures, sluice planks, narrowed section of discharge pipes and safety spillways. The thesis also includes a mathematical model of water infiltration into the bottom of the inundation area and through the dam body. The last section of the thesis is dealing with an aesthetic integration of the whole structure into the local environment.

In theoretical part you will find information’s about its discovery, its use in industry, but also about its dangerous effects, levels of concentration in air, ways, how to measure this concentration and some sensors, that are available on the market. Practical part deals with developing of board for measuring concentration of CO2 and software solution.

I would like to explain and warn for different factors why we should continue with measuring and inventing in this thema. Understanding of a anionts behavior and practice measuring of a ionts area is the most important part of my work, to correctly analyse iont area probléme, or to suggest suitable solution.

The diploma thesis deals with a project of a pedestrian bridge across the valley. At first, there was a comparison of three options of a bridge, then the option of a prestressed concrete band was selected. The main aim of the diploma thesis is the design of the construction, the creation of a model in the programme Ansys 12.1 and the subsequent assessment in accordance with the current regulations.

Multi-span highway bridge

The subject of diploma thesis is designing multi-span highway bridge over Řepovský potok valley, dirt roads and biocorridor. Three variants of bridge were designed and one of them – box girder 10 span bridge, has been chosen. Bridge deck is made from cast in place post tension prestressed beam. Load-bearing structure is concreting step by step on fixed and moving support. Total length of bridge is 560 m. The analysis of structure was projected on several computational models. They have been made in software Midas Civil and SCIA Engineer 18.1. The assessments of ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state were made in all steps of building in longitudinal and cross direction. In the analysis in longitudinal direction is included the time dependent analysis. Structural design was made in software MS Excel according to valid standards. Finally, drawing documentation and visualization were made.

Evolution of Emergent Behavior in Cellular Systems

This master's thesis deals with the topic of cellular automata and their utilization in the research of self-replication, especially with the focus on self-replicating loops. It also shows several possible approaches how to optimize the replication process. The first part is focused on theoretical aspects of cellular automata. It acquaints the readers with the questions of self-replication in the cellular automata and present some of the existing self-replicating loops, starting with the widely known Langton's loop. The second part presents the optimization of the replication process considering two selected variants of self-repricating loops - Byl's loop and Chou-Reggia loop. Two approaches are introduced together with their possible combination. The first approach is based on multiple self-replication. The second one is based on the reduction of the number of steps of the cellular automaton needed to create a copy of the loop.
