Chemistry of Venus and EnVision mission
Kubíčková, Tereza ; Ferus, Martin (advisor) ; Kabáth, Petr (referee)
In this thesis, we summarize basic knowledge regarding chemical processes occuring in Venus atmosphere with an accent on its theoretical modelling and related spectral research. We briefly summarize objectives and technical details about scheduled ESA EnVission mission, which is supposed to widen current knowledge concerning the history, present and future of the planet and its climate, morphology, geophysics and chemical environment. The outcome of this thesis is a summary of spectral measurements of selec- ted atmospheric species using laboratory technique known as High Resolution Infrared Spectroscopy with Fourier Transform (HR-FTIR), recorded in NIR spectra of Venus with a special focus on a range of echelet spectrometer of the EnVision probe. Further in the thesis we describe a related computational atmospheric model ARGO, whose results con- cerning selected compounds are compared to in situ measurements and results of other atmospheric models. The aim of this thesis is to outline a current state of Venus research and its future related to the plan of EnVision mission and to verify functionality of current cumputational atmospheric model. 1

Kubíčková, Tereza ; Vokoun, Rudolf (advisor) ; Bohuslav, Lukáš (referee)
Criminal defences in Czech and Irish criminal law This thesis deals with the analysis of individual elements of criminal defences under the Czech and Irish criminal legal statutes with respect to the conclusions, which are therefrom drawn in theory and practice. The aim of this thesis is to render an overview concerning the distinctions and similarities in understanding, importance and operating of the defences in different law systems, rather than to present an exhaustive commentary on all legal institutes which exclude illegality and as such come into mind. Regarding the fact that Czech and Irish systems of law are subsumed under different legal systems, particular institutes of criminal defences cannot be based on the same rules, principles and theoretical grounds. It shall be noted, that while Czech criminal law is mainly to be found in a single piece of legislation known as the Criminal Law Act, Irish criminal law on the other hand not only has a separate statutory legislation, but also mainly depends on common law. The subject has been processed under consideration of the present-day legal regulation, whereas particular legal institutes are structured in compliance with the structure of the Czech Criminal Law Act. The topics of origin and development of defences has intentionally not been...

I also set a goal to find out specifics of care of patients with this disease. The Thesis is written as case report of a specific patient with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. The methodology for case report is detailed study of patient's medical documentation in the hospice and cooperation with nursing staff and doctors. Based on the case report I can state that palliative care does not differ a lot for varied diseases of patients, however for patients with CJD the specific is the preventive use of...
