Bankruptcy prediction model

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the efficiency of selected bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the basic terminology and methodology of bankruptcy models creation are introduced. In addition are mentioned, model constraints, an overview of the indicators used, and information about model accuracy. This part also presents analyzed models and methods of assessing the reliability of bankruptcy models. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is evaluated and a new bankruptcy model is built.

This bachelor thesis is aimed on evaluation of effectiveness of selected bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic environment. In the theoretical part are introduced analyzed models and methods used to model analysis. Here is explained the concept of bankruptcy, its origin and history, the definition of financial analysis and its methods. This section also describes a description of selected bankruptcy models and their limited reporting ability. In the practical part, the reliability of selected models is first evaluated and subsequently changes are proposed to improve reliability

Development of emocional intelligence among pre-school aged children on kindergarden

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of emotional intelligence and its development in preschool children. The theoretical part of the work is divided into three subchapters, which characterize emotions, including their development at an early age, further clarify the concept of emotional intelligence and mention the influence of the environment on the emotional development of the child. In the practical part I used a cross-sectional project, which I want to use in support of the development of emotional intelligence in children. Action research is carried out, where the method of observation, interview and audio recording is used in a specific kindergarten.

The effects of zinc ions on breast tissue cancerogenesis

The concept of breast cancer describes a wide range of serious diseases. It is one of the most common cancer diseases among women worldwide. The most difficult and problematic subtype is the triple negative breast cancer. This subtype is characteristic by the loss of expression of hormon receptors and HER-2, which makes it unresponsive to available targeted therapy. The breast cancer, as well as other malignancies, has a relationship withzinc ions. Zinc is an essencial element and it is involved in many of important cellular processes and thus it is able to directlyor indirectly affect the cancerogenesis. Increased levels of zinc ions in malignant breast cancer tissue compared to healthy tissue were well described. However, zinc has documented anticancer properties. The aim of this study was to determine if excessive suplementation with zinc ions has an effect on breast cancer development in vivo. The cell line 4T1 was chosen as a model of the triple negative subtype in mus musculus. The mouse strain BALB/c was used as an animal model. A total dose of zinc sulphate per one gram of mouse weight used in the experiment was 0.15 mg. We determined not only the growth of primary tumour, but also an expression levels of selected genes and antioxidant capacity of the whole organism. The volume of primary...

Judicial decisions in the area of accountancy

The present diploma thesis focuses on the judicial decisions resolved in administrative judiciary. The first part of the thesis describes the role of general practice of the court in the Czech republic and the types of its legal liability. Then, the thesis concentrates on the administrative judiciary and its legal liability. The second and the third chapter deal with individual judicial decisions that were selected from the areas of foreign currency and accrued assets and accrued liabilities.
