MEMS Technology for Tilt Sensing
Kopeček, Pavel ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Dlouhý, Jiří (advisor)
Recently we put more requirements on the equipment around us. And very often we need know, how hung angle-wise of equipment is. Measuring of tilt is very important and used for example in gaming consoles, mobile phone, medical purposes and other. Tilt is calculated per direction of gravity acceleration, it measures by accelerometers. Accelerometer is sensor, which exploit masses inertia to calculate of acceleration. Development put pressure to us and reason is miniaturizing of everything and there is possibility to use micro-electromechanical, so-called MEMS, accelerometers. At last time sensors made by MEMS technology replacing classical mechanic sensors, which is bigger, more power exacting and last time considerably more expensive. But parts makes by MEMS technology aren’t enough accurate for some applications. Despite it is by this principle manufactured much kinds of accelerometers with different technologies of manufacture and work on different principles. We try to compare two accelerometers from two competitive factories.
Possibilities of structural design optimization
Kopeček, Pavel ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This work deals with issues related to the optimization of structural designs. With the increasing demands of the industrial world, the number of types of optimization is growing, which aims to make the proposed component as advantageous as possible within the framework of various approaches. Due to the more advanced computational complexity, various numerical solvers are used for these optimizations, which facilitate and speed up the whole optimization process. One of the possible solutions to the outlined problem is the use of the Ansys Workbench program, which is the subject of this work. The optimization that was selected for avialability in the Ansys Workbench student license is called topological optimization. This is the process by which a new part shape is achieved for components that are subject to load in the operating state. The new component has a lower weight and sufficient rigidity so that the limiting material characteristics are not exceeded, which would lead to a design, the implementation of which would be dangerous. The advantage of a new component with sufficient rigidity and reduced weight is a lower price for the used material. This dramatically reduces the financial demands of the production process in a piece, but especially in series production. The main output of this work is the inclusion of a brief overview of programs usable for topological optimization, a demonstration of topological optimization on elementary components and the implementation of this optimization on a specific structural element for installation in the test state.
Digital twin
Kopeček, Pavel ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis deals with the issue related to digital twin technology, which is developing during the current 4th industrial revolution primarily based on digitization across industries and in the near future, if properly applied, can be one of the core elements of most industrial processes. A digital twin represents a virtual representation of a physical object (machines, functional components, for example, within cars or even a part of the human body), with which it transmits information to each other in the form of data important for the target functions of the digital twin through the created communication channel. With the use of the obtained data, the control algorithm of this technology and through simulation models contained in the virtual space of the digital twin, this technology enables real-time work, the purpose of which is to perform an analysis of the operational state for the purpose of its evaluation, correction or, using the so-called "what-if" analyses, even its prediction, with the aim of achieving the most efficient use of real objects during their entire life cycle (production process of the object, operation and maintenance of the object, disposal of the object). The main outputs of this work are, from a research point of view, the performance of a critical evaluation of the current state of the application of digital twins within the industrial world and the creation of a digital twin creation algorithm, from a practical point of view, the creation of selected input 3D analyzes (simulation models) and the creation of a reduced ROM model for the purpose of creating basic building blocks for a digital twin of two-stage train transmission. For the practical part the Ansys Workbench system package and a relatively new system for calculating dynamic tasks called Ansys Motion were used.
The development and changes of the Czech catholic liturgics in the Czech catholic literature between (1752) 1780-1962 and (1616) 1841-1962
Sklenář, Michal ; Novotný, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Kunetka, František (referee) ; Kopeček, Pavel (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to present the portait of forming, development and forms of the Czech catholic liturgics from the standpoint of original works written in the Czech language by Czech authors in the territory of the Czech lands prior to the Second Vatican Council. On the basis of the bibliography of Czech liturgics (licentiate thesis), the project of the developmental tendency of this theological discipline is demonstrated, specifically in two independent courses - clerical liturgics and lay liturgics. The thesis further focuses on educational institutions and the position of liturgics within the study curriculum. It presents the history of the Czech catholic liturgics as a component of the history of the Czech catholic theology and in the context of general and Czech ecclesiastical history. Missale Posoniense I. - critical edition
Sýkora, Adam ; Opatrný, Aleš (advisor) ; Kopeček, Pavel (referee) ; Tichý, Radek (referee)
ThLic. Mgr. Adam Sýkora: Missale Posoniense I. - critical edition (theseis), Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Catholic Theology, 2017. In the present thesis the author provides a critical edition of one of the oldest missals of Bratislava Chapter House: Missale Posoniense I. It is important source of European significance, which is pattern normative and representative in relation to the similar codices, and which was used in the Bratislava Chapter House before 1341st. Their significance is decisive since it is independent on the Missalia from the time Innocent III, and on the reform of Haymo of Faversham. The missal contains also the parts from Pontificale, Ordines and Breviarium. The text of this Missal was previously published only in facsimile form, which bears the technical limitations of the period of its creation. Since that time, other folios have been discovered that have not been published at all. Experts now has the text, with which can work effectively. Critical apparatus facilitate the work with the text, as well as indexes, tables and photo documentation attached. Keywords: Roman Missal, Missale Romanum, Missale Posoniense I., Bratislava Missal I., Missale Bratislaviense I. [sic], Missale notatum Strigoniense, Ordinary, proprium, critical edition, Pontificale, Ordines. Powered by TCPDF...
Methodology for Managing of Enterprise Information System Complexity
Holub, Ilja ; Basl, Josef (advisor) ; Antlová, Klára (referee) ; Kopeček, Pavel (referee)
Complexity of business information systems (IS) and information and communication technology (ICT) in general is a challenge faced by both IT professionals and project managers, but also the users of these systems, whether as employees of enterprises and organizations or their customers, partners or suppliers. In this work we study the complexity and its manifestations in informatics. We review relevant literature to analyze the state of the art in methods and approaches used for building and maintaining business information systems. The main results of this analysis is realization that even though complexity is considered an important parameter that have a negative impact on performance of information systems, the current methods and approaches for IT system maintenance do not provide any tools for complexity evaluation or management. The author therefore based on existing approaches and methodologies is establishing his own definition of a metrics to measure the complexity of the information system. The complexity is defined as the sum of the individual entities of system UML models, which are selected according to the methodology MMDIS to consistently describe all relevant content dimensions of the system. Subsequently derives causal relationship between the complexity of each dimension. Both between each other in one phase of the life cycle of the information system and in time. The next section examines the reasons and mechanisms to increase the complexity of the corporate information system and identifies the causes, characteristics, stakeholders, processes and life cycle stages of the IS, which influence this growth. Next we investigate impact of IS complexity on its implementation and we identify the critical processes involved in day to day operation of IS, in its maintenance and in extending its functionality. The main aim of this dissertation thesis is to design a methodology for managing the complexity of the information system and its validation in practice on a real SAP implementation project. In addition, we provide a software tool written in ABAP programming language. This program can be used as a tool of the methodology for measuring SAP IS complexity.
