Social tutelage at work with educationally troubled children from primary schools

The thesis is focused on pedagogical problem children from primary schools, which are in the care of tutelage. The theoretical part explains who are educationally troubled children and what measures can be taken elementary school. Here are inappropriate family environment, special attention is paid to the developmental specificities of these children. The theoretical part of the work is concluded with a chapter on social tutelage, which explains in detail the activities of the social worker for children and youth in the social and legal protection of children. The empirical part of the thesis is composed of a qualitative research focused on these children. Using case studies shows the specific process of tutelage in solving the problem educate primary school children.
Current issues of personnel training in the helping professions

This thesis deals with personnel training in the helping professions. The main objective of this thesis is to report on the current state and trends of the future orientation of personnel education in the helping professions. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the components involved in the process of personnel training in the helping professions, possible attitudes of organizations to education of their employees, supervision, as a form of further education, legislation related to the topic of workers' education in the helping professions and implemented projects supporting the education of these workers. The empirical part is devoted to the analysis of documents, which tries to determine whether there have been changes in personnel training in the helping professions in the monitored period in Hradec Králové Region in connection with the implementation of quality standards of social services and the amendment of the Act on Social Services. The empirical part also includes a quantitative analysis. It is a research probe using the method of scaling questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to participants of training courses. Transformation of Medical Education in the Czech Republic

This graduation thesis is concerned with the question of change in the area of medical education in the Czech Republic. The main emphasis is on analyzing the system of lifelong study for general nurses, in both its current form and the one that is in preparation now. This research presents a summary of the findings on the educational system for nurses. The current methods were set by the Act 96/2004 Coll. law and subsequent changes and amendments thereof. A new law on non-medical professions has been prepared. Both of these documents are essential for the practical as well as theoretical part of the analysis. In the practical part empirical research was carried out in which the author sounds out the views of selected groups of respondents belonging to non-medical professions on the current and future form of the medical education for non-medical professionals.
Readiness of kindergarten teachers to work with Vietnamese children

The present text attempts to prepare experts - kindergarten teachers for quality work with children with a different native language - specifically with Vietnamese children. The theoretical part describes important information from the issue of socio-cultural specifics of the Vietnamese minority, to the topic of dealing with the mastery of the Czech language. The theoretical part is devoted to the topic of individual development of kindergarten teachers, multicultural education, and with the integration of Vietnamese children in Czech schools. The practical part describes the main issues that have teachers Czech kindergartens with Vietnamese children. The influence of print media and school on adolescent girls self-concept

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of teenage girl magazines and school on the self-concept of adolescent girls. Theoretical part aims to bring comprehensive review of current scientific research on the topic of development of self-identity during adolescence where self-concept is created with strong emphasis on physical appearance. The thesis subsequently examine possible disorders that can arise from erroneous self-concept. The impact of printed media and especially girl magazines, on components of adolescent girl's self-concept is considered. School and educational system as another important contributor in development of self-concept is reflected in my thesis as well. Experimental aims to explore which areas of self-concept and girls behavior are influenced by girl magazines most significantly and whether educational system takes girl magazines into consideration during educational process. In order to collect necessary data the experiment was concluded with sixty respondents, which were instructed to valuate several body parts before and after the exposition to the picture from girl magazine capturing fashion ideal of woman body. Perceptions of Teachers About Ideal Students at Prague Eight - Year Grammar Schools

The central theme is the concept of the ideal student from the perspective of teachers at Prague's eight-year grammar schools. The aim is to define the term "ideal student" from the perspectives of eight-year grammar schools and teachers analyse such properties should or should not have such a pupil. The theoretical part is based on the study of the literature devoted to basic definitions related to this issue. In the empirical part is then processed research whose aim was to find specific features, behaviours and actions which should or should not have the ideal student. Afterwards the comparison of ideas between teachers and pupils with the intention to reveal identical or different features in their approach. Methods of data collection are content analysis of scientific literature and interviews with teachers and students of Prague's eight-year schools. Data are analysed according exploration areas.
Experience Reflective Activity in the Primary Prevention of Socially pathological Phenomena

The aim of presented bachelor thesis named "Experiential-reflective activities in primary prevention of socially pathological phenomena" is to theoretically set the experiential-reflective activities in relation to the prevention of socially pathological phenomena and to introduce the experiential-reflective method of Forum Theatre. This thesis is focused mainly theoreticaly. First part introduces the socially pathological phenomena, the cause of socially pathological behavior and demarcation and classification of socially pathological phenomena. Second part is focused on primary prevention and its realisation. Third part describes the experiential-reflective activities, experiental learning and learning-by-doing method. Fourth chapter is about the Forum theatre method, it's history and mainly it's realisation. The last part is practically focused, it describes author's personal experience with Forum theatre and it's relisation in the elementary schools. In addition, this experience is enriched by research interviews. These interviews are focused on opinions and experience of the teachers who are familiar with Forum theatre method. Prestige of the Profession in the Perspective of Teachers in Louny

The thesis focuses on prestige level of occupation as a teacher, how pedagogues themselves perceive it. The results are obtained through questionnaire survey and afterwards compared with values, which are periodically gathered from the workers of Center of public opinion surveys in long term project "Our society". The comparison of gathered data should answer the question, if teacher do not perceive their occupation as prestigious as is the meaning of the wide society. Second part of the thesis brings discussions about topics, with which teacher in Louny schools are faced most. The source for this discourse are not only answers from Louny's teachers gathered during the survey, but also direct interviews. Through the analysis of frequently mentioned topics the author tries to find an answer, why the teachers in the primary schools in Louny perceive their profession as less prestigious.
The View of Older School Age Student to Teacher's Personality

The older school age is very considerable in terms of developmental psychology. The pupil's characteristics require an adequate reaction, a specific attitude and a psychological knowledge of the teacher. Pupils have some ideas of the teacher's personality, which may not correspond with the requirements imposed by experts. The presented work defines the factors, that are likely to affect the perspective of the learner of older school age to the personality of the teacher. There are recommendations, how to deal with the undesirable factors and generate or enhance the positive factors as well, so that it would indemnify the necessary positive relationship of the older school age pupil with the teacher.
Cyberbullying and its prevention in Královehradecký region in the view of primary school

This thesis deals with cyber bullying and teachers awareness about this socio-pathological phenomenon. The theoretical part describes the concept and forms of cyber bullying, defines and describes the consequences for the cyber bullying victim. The work is dedicated to the elementary school cyber bullying prevention and defines how parents and teachers are involved with. This work describes some projects focused on safer use of the Internet. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the topic of cyber bullying and its prevention from the perspective of educators in selected primary schools. The second objective is to determine what do teachers know about the observed phenomenon and how do they perceive its prevention. Qualitative research in empirical part of the work is based on interviews with teachers. Interviews are conducted with regard to the topics content analysis in the theoretical part of the work.
