Social services for family with children in South Moravia region

I focused my work on analysis of social services for family with children in one region in Czech Republic - South Moravia, with emphasis on services for threatened family or depressed family. My work is based on and has foot-hold on social service law. The objective of my work was overall review of present circumstances in providing social services for family with children in the respective region. Intent of my diploma work is giving to readers a basic overview about theoretical resort or let say a fall-back concerning a social services issues with family with children, especially with political and legal resorts and processes of social services deployment planning, and analyze current offerings of social services for family with children in South Moravia region. The essential parts of my analyses are demographic analyses based on official reports issued by Czech statistical office and analyses of Medium-term deployment plan of social services i South Moravia region in view family with children. This is followed by my own survey focused in first part on social services in South Moravia region in view of government employees in social-legal protection, and in second part in view of representatives of non governmental nonprofit organizations established in region. Title of thesis: Actual problems of criminal liability in medical treatment in connection with advance directives Abstract The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the topic of advance directives, recent institute in Czech legislation, its problems and mainly criminal liability in medical treatment, which is not summarized complexly in Czech professional literature. This thesis is composed of seven chapters, which are divided into sections and subsections. Chapter One is introductory and is dedicated to moral rights of a patient, which provide the basic starting points of this thesis. The chapter is subdivided into two parts. Part One describes evolution of rights of patients and part Two presents right to life, right to self-determination and finally right to protection of human dignity. Chapter Two analyzes advance directives. This chapter is subdivided into five sections. THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL CRISIS ON THE IMMIGRATION POLICY OF GREAT BRITAIN

This thesis focuses on migration issues in an economic downturn. The first part deals with basic concepts and theories of migration. Attention is focused primarily on economic migration, which is closely linked to labor migration. The following general assumptions about the determinants and factors affecting migration in an economic downturn. Relationship between recessions and migration illustrated chapter on the history of financial crises. Another section is devoted to the economic situation of Great Britain and generally captures the nature of migration in the UK. Subsequent chapters deal with current and historical development of immigration policy in the UK. Attention is paid to work programs, the modifications led to the introduction of a new points system. Briefly outlined the basic steps taken in connection with the economic downturn. This work is also about the possible effects of immigration policy on migratory flows, in connection with the adopted amendments.
