The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a small family engineering company. The work consists of a theoretical part and an analytical part. The theoretical part contains the basic characteristics of the business plan and its economic aspects needed to better understand this issue. It also characterizes the issue of a family business. The analytical part then transfers all this knowledge into a real business plan. The intention is to assess the reality of this business plan, create a financial plan and strategy and assess the assumptions of the success of the business plan.
Proposal for Expansion of a Czech Company on the Polish Market

The topic of the diploma thesis is the expansion proposal for a selected Czech company on the Polish market. The company is based in Cesky Tesin and sells higher value toys through its own e-shop. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The introductory part defines the problem to be solved, the main objective and describes the methods used to solve the thesis. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of the chosen problem. The analytical part consists of the characteristic of the company and the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. The last design part contains the actual solution proposals and economic evaluation including the planned schedule of activities.

This master’s thesis analyses a brand of selected company Engineering Test Institute, public enterprise (SZU), which offers services of testing, inspection and certification. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on literature research of marketing and branding theories. The key part is the analytical part, which contains a detailed analysis of the current state of the brand "Engineering Testing Institute". The thesis also contains a questionnaire survey focused on both the internal environment of the company and its customers. The research is followed by a final part with possible suggestions on how to further develop the brand.
Natural Gas Market in the Czech Republic - Retail Trade Segment and its  Effective and Acquisition Channels

The topic of the final thesis is a marketing analysis of the situation on the natural gas market in the Czech Republic, retail trade segment, including the development since its liberalization by the present time and future perspectives. Based on a market analysis an optimized model of company’s marketing strategy is developed, as opposed to its current marketing strategy. The optimized model focuses primarily on effectivization of acquisition channels of direct sale and aims at widening the customer portfolio, i.e. taking up a bigger market share and better utilization of the company’s dispositions.

The main purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the current marketing communication of the company Hustopečská mandlárna s.r.o. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical background of the chosen topic. The following section is devoted to the analytical part, where analyses of the marketing mix and communication mix are performed, as well as the analyses of the microenvironment and macroenvironment. It also includes marketing research, which consists both of a qualitative and quantitative approach. Based on the findings of the research suggestions of on-line marketing communication tools are recommended to improve the communication of the company with the public.
