Liquid Flow Measurement
Bilý, Michal ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Vdoleček, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with the liquid flow measurement. It briefly describes basic terms related to the measurement of liquid flow and the principles of selected flowmeters. Then it focuses on design and assembly of the measuring apparatus, which approximates practical flow measurement.
Measurement and evaluation of laboratory DC drive vibration
Bilý, Michal ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis encompasses measuring and rating of vibrations in electric machines. The theoretical part begins with a short description of possible causes of vibrations, which is followed by a discussion about what consequences the vibrational effects have on electrical devices. Then there is a description of available vibration sensors. The bigger part is then devoted to analysis of vibratory signal in both time and frequency domains. The practical part is divided into two chapters. The first one describes laboratory demonstration of control drive with DC motor, which is expanded by measurement of vibrations. The second chapter deals with measurement and analysis of said vibrations in the demonstration.
Trends in legislations of online publications legal deposit in European countries
Bílý, Michal ; Bratková, Eva (advisor) ; Drobíková, Barbora (referee)
Purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze current legislative documents on legal deposit of online publications of selected European countries (Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, United Kingdom and Spain) through translation and interpretation of parts concerning definitions of terms, subject and acquisition of legal deposit of online publications and its access to users. Based on these translations and interpretations then compare them between each other and also in context of the UNESCO Guidelines for Legal Deposit Legislation. In the end of the thesis present recommendations for new Czech republic legislation.

The role of microhabitats in spatio-temporal differentiation of phytoplankton flagellates
Pusztai, Martin ; Němcová, Yvonne (advisor) ; Bílý, Michal (referee)
This thesis deals with factors structuring phytoplankton flagellates. The aim of the thesis was to investigate the role of microhabitats in spatio-temporal differentiation of lentic communities of these flagellates, which has not been rigorously examined to date. The study was conducted during 2010-2013 in the shallow littoral sites of Horní rybník, Rybníčky u Podbořánek Nature Reserve. Phytoplankton flagellates showed cyclic seasonal dynamics, which was reflected by significantly different community structure and species richness during the season. In contrast, silica-scaled chrysophytes showed a non- cyclic seasonal dynamics. The impact of the season was strongly correlated with the impact of fluctuating environmental factors - pH, conductivity and temperature. Gradient of interrelated environmental factors between the northern and southern shore together with microhabitat - substrate type played the major role and accounted for 64.4 - 75.8 % variability in the data. Microhabitat type (plankton, metaphyton, epipelon) significantly affected species richness and community structure also in the course of the season. A large number of species was assessed to prefer a certain type of microhabitat. These preferences were observed at both species and generic levels, and even at the level of the main taxonomic...
Phytoplankton succession in experimental ponds
Zelený, Jakub ; Nedbalová, Linda (advisor) ; Bílý, Michal (referee)
1 Abstract Newly created habitats present a unique model environment for the study of succession and related processes. Their relative isolation and the possibility to observe community assembly dynamics from the very beginning makes these experiments repeatable under controlled conditions. Planktic organisms with short generation cycles represent useful model organisms for the research of succession and related features like the influence of environmental variables or priority effect. The thesis aims at describing the succession of phytoplankton in a set of 20 experimental ponds, where phytoplankton structure and environmental parameters have been observed for six years (2007 ̶ 2012). The ponds are located in Liběchovka River-bed, which is a part of Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area. The target locality is protected by the Ramsar agreement as a habitat for pulling birds and amphibians. We used classical and multidimensional statistical methods (PCA, DCA, CCA) to analyse the variability in species composition and shifts in environmental variables. Metacomunity structure indices (α,ß,γ) showed a decrease of α diversity accompanied by an increase in ß diversity over the study period, which have been caused by a marked differentiation of communities in 2011 ̶ 2012. γ diversity peaked in the middle of the...
Composition of stygobiotic communities in selected set of springs in Lusatian mountains
Sobotová, Jana ; Bílý, Michal (advisor) ; Hořická, Zuzana (referee)
From August to December 2016, ten selected springs in the Lusatian Mountains were three times sampled in order to study underground water fauna. The sampling method was based on filtration of rising water for several hours. The organisms were determined at higher-taxonomic level. Six taxa were found in the underground water: ostracods (class Ostracoda), oligochaetes (class Oligochaeta), copepods of order Harpacticoida and Cyclopoida, arachnids of the subclass Acari and amphipod crustaceans of the family Niphargidae. The majority of specimens belonged to the order Harpacticoida. The highest number of specimens was found in the spring No. 5 Čtvrtý propustek. Representatives of all taxa were found only in spring No. 3 U oplocenky. On the other hand, in the spring No. 9 Nad pasekou no specimen of underground fauna was found. Next part of research included measurements of physical and chemical characteristics of the spring waters. It was found out that these waters are clean and they comply with chemical parameters for drinking water. The spring No. 10 Pod Kulichem differed strikingly in SO42- concentration, pH and conductivity from the others. The water from spring No. 7 U smrku exceeded the natural background concentration of F- ions.
Spring water fauna in selected areas of Lusatian mountains
Šindelářová, Kateřina ; Bílý, Michal (advisor) ; Ladislav, Ladislav (referee)
In the years 2015 2016 was examined in the Lusatian mountains 10 head where it sprang. In each of its fauna has been collected as bentická, as well as underground, and now in three series. Then there was the environment of each spring, which is bound by the occurrence of fauna. Were chemical and physical parameters. In 9 of the watch was continuously measured and the measured temperature of the individual chemical physical indicators. It was found that the environment springs from 2013 has changed significantly, so it is stable. The water that flows on the surface, here is clean and almost meets in terms of chemical ukazatelůnormy of drinking water. The source for all the circumstances today, is the same. The underground source of these sources comes from the period of coniaku and is very shallow. The composition of the benthic fauna is significantly changed from 2013, only changing the abundance of individuals. Once again managed to confirm the occurrence of the ploštěnky mountain (Crenobia alpina). By lapacích o.k., managed to remove fauna occurring in the groundwater. It was deep and.
